yes it is possible but at the end of this year to my opinion Bitcoin price will be forecast $30,000   to $35,000   because many people are little scared to invest in bitcoin but i am hopeful it will be stable.

I think the value of bitcoin in the years to come will be hard to forecast. This is simply because of the birth of new cryptos which are now used as an alternative to bitcoin.

Yes, I  agree with you. It is possible to reach Bitcoin $35k + at the end of this year. Although Bitcoin price is so low. Somebody thought that Bitcoin will die. But this is not the end of Bitcoin. That's a very great prediction, and i believe in some predictions of bitcoin experts. But i believe that bitcoin price will reach 20-30k$ in the end of the year 2018. That is my predictions. :)

Your idea about Bitcoin is very good. But the point is that Bitcoin does not mean any previous statistics. The popularity of Bitcoin is going on in the interest of the people. But as well, the government has been creating an adverse reaction to intervene on this. If everything is normal, then Bitcoin prices will go up a lot from your acceptance.

Good prediction bro. For me, my prediction in the end of this year. The bitcoin price will reach 30k$. And i believe that it will happen before the end of the year. Also many bitcoin experts predict that the price of bitcoin will reach 50k$ but i don't think so, for me it would not happen.

all we know is that price will rise in long term and although right now we may be seeing some down time that will surely change in long term. additionally we will have the block reward halving by 2020 which will boost the price of bitcoin because of hype and then after it by actually decreasing the rate at which new supply is created so you may say it reduces the supply as in the number of coins being sold by miners.

Actually we don't know what really happen to bitcoin after few years . But maybe the minimum price of the bitcoin after few years which is 20-30k dollars . For sure most of the people expect too much to bitcoin like hundreds thoysands dollars but for me betted to expect little only because we know they have a lot of good cpin as of now that possible to increase more than the price of the bitcoin.

It is really hard to forecast the price of Bitcoin but I won't be surprised to see it trade at around $4,000 by the end of the year.

Bitcoin is good growing cryptocurrency so I will expect 40k USD to 50k USD at the end of December 2020. Because every year last six month is the best time to raise in the crypto market. But some issues are affected in anytime so whatever happen in market we will accept everything so I don't think future possibilities but I am always hold my Bitcoin.

Even with altcoins coming out, it’s not going to affect the price of bitcoin that much. It may work for vice versa. Bitcoin is way far put as compared to the alternatives that are just starting. They may be competitors of bitcoin but none has come close to the support of bitcoin as of present. Bottomline, it’s hard to forecast the price of bitcoin at all. There are many factors that will play other than competing coins and we never know when a financial crash may occur.

To be frank I'm a strong believer in bitcoin I think in future bitcoin will markup new records in the overall value rate. But after this crisis i afraid that there is a chance to attack by the side of new brighten cryptos for example ,etherium,litecoin,ripple......etc.

I doubt it. The problem with your prediction is that they are so time specific that even if bitcoin is bullish, it could be well outside of the ranges that you have predicted. It seems like that you are just chucking up random numbers out there.

I think it's unlikely for BTC to climb up to $18k this year because of all the regulatory pressures coming from countries all over the world. But it could happen just by hype. If people get hyped up, nobody can possibly know what's going to go on next.

Have to say though that your prediction for 2020 is well outside of what I think will be likely. If we see a major pump, it's going to be in 2021 and not 2020. And for BTC's prices to 8x within 2 years seem a bit too optimistic to me. Throwing up random numbers like you are doing right now isn't the way to make a profit off speculating BTC.

good predictions, but I do not really agree with you. I can not predict until 2020, my forecast in the next year bitcoin will reach the price of $ 20k as 2017 and for now, this year bitcoin prices will be lodged in the number $ 17k - $ 18k only.

I would be very careful with predictions for the price in two years period. For a bitcoin this is a long time because market is changing very quickly, I would say faster than before and it can't be predicted in what direction situation will develope.
We have already touched 20000$ so it looks like this would be easy to reach again and I think we will but maybe this time we would have to wait longer. But once we'll be there again further progress would go easier.

One of the toughest things is to give a prediction on bitcoin prices honestly, the previous year no one thought bitcoin will sore up so high and people speculated even higher prices for 2018 but as well all currently see is bitcoin fell hard. Still, as it is just speculation I would say that 20 k for the end of 2018 that would be the best estimation for now.

See i like the way you have precisely mentioned the prices for bitcoin this year in USD but all these are mere predictions and in this line where price fluctuates every hour because of its volatility speculations are of less help as anything could happen like pump or dump within few days.So we cant tell where it will stand at this year. But still we can see the prices up-to $25k if everything goes on favor.

Based on what? It will never reach that price because there is only almost one year and a half left, and more than x13 of the actual price is pretty impossible.

i respect your opinion and prediction but i think it's way too low, might be possible if current market condition will stay long but in my opinion it will not,
for the end of this year i was thinking of bitcoin's closing price at 25k usd to 30k. no prediction yet for 2019 since i don't want to make one as market is too volatile and hard to predict what's coming.

Absolutely no use to be so specific in your predictions because it's not going to happen. It's like a gamble. Justify why you think this is going to happen, and give an estimate or range instead of being so damn random and specific.

I'd say that you're so far off with your predictions that you're not even in the vicinity here. BTC could reach $18k this year, but do you really think that it's going to happen since we're clearly in a downward slope at the moment and we're probably consolidating at a lower level gradually throughout the year? Also, I don't think you'll see a pump from $8k to $70k within 2 years. What happened in 2017 was a lot of hype and it's highly unlikely to repeat again within a 2 year span. Just my 2 cents.

This year up to year 2020 I guess that bitcoin price will play for the average of $10k to $16k. Let's just don't expect big amount in bitcoin, just let it be as long as bitcoin is alive then it'll be okay that to have a good amount today and then disappear tomorrow.

100k is too much and it is not possible to reach new heights in short period of time, sometimes it is very hard to digest that bitcoin will reach to 100k.
Many big people are predicting it will reach more than $25K, it is possible because already we have seen the growth rate in the previous year. So there might be a chance for it to reach $25k.

Your prediction for this year is even realistic and not that much with those people who are telling that bitcoin can be $30,000+ and I want to see it so I can start cashing out. But if it starts to move at $18,000 then that's a better progress for this year.

It's little bit difficult to predict the price for Bitcoin 2018 to 2020. But I can ensure that Bitcoin price will be the high price then the other coin in the world. So it’s high time to start journey with Bitcoin.  :)

Most people who own bitcoin want the price to be very high, for example I want the price to be very high. But we have to find that because of regulation the price is not increasing much like last year and besides lastly we have not had good news like last year. If there is no good news... price drop because some people have already made very high profits, so they sell because do not expect the price to increase.

2 days of speculation and it stopped. Anybody still have their same predictions as before? We are ready for a bullrun, but it looks like people are only going in to make small and quick profits and not for the longterm.

While it is really hard to predict what bitcoin will do tomorrow, its really insane to even imagine what it could be two years from now. I mean we did see bitcoin going up and down 10%+ daily constantly. We saw it reach ATH in couple days, we saw it drop down in couple weeks. It is really hard to estimate what it could be. However my guess would be definitely above the ATH limits of $20k.

Big two reasons would be the new people coming in constantly and the halving will cause the miners to mine bitcoin with a higher cost. Include the devaluation of fiat currencies because of inflation and you got yourself a bitcoin that worth a lot.

Why do you think that there would be no profit for the longterm? Holding long term has been really the only reliable method for earning a profit. Everyone is still bullish on Bitcoin, the price having a small jump and going sideways afterwards happens all the time. No reason to think that the price won't go up in the long term. Trying to play the market in the short term almost always results in losses, that is pure gambling.

Now it is complicated to say something about the future price after two years because we have no surety that the demand rate at that time will have decreased or increased which is causing probability.

Furthermore experts are predicting that in the next six months the price of Bitcoin would have crossed the 30k dollar figure without any doubt but I still say that it will be an uncertain value because almost all the actual values are uncertain with predictions.

Between 2018 and 2020, the price of BTC is likely to increase slowly, the price of altcoin will gradually decline, and the market funds will gradually flow to BTC.

Minimum $35k is expected in 2018 and if this is acheieved then yes We can expect minimum $60K in 2020. 2018's first half has been not too worst but was  stagnant between $6K to $6.7k for almost few months. We do see a recovery now from $6k rally to $7k. If current growth trend continues we can expect minimum hit of $35k this year and can expect $40K to $45K next year and obviously $60k can be expected. Lets just watch what happens.

Never lose your faith in BTC. It's easy to loose sight of the massive gains people have made over the medium/long term because it's volatile in the short term.

Most fundamentally Bitcoin’s price is driven by what the market is willing to pay. If more people are buying Bitcoin, then the price goes up. If people at selling more, then the price goes down. Economics 101!
 
As time goes on and BTC matures it will stablise at higher prices so now is when you really need to pack your BTC bags.

I would talk about it from the start of this year when the prices were way too down and this situation worsened day by day taking the price as low as below $6000. But the current month started with a blast and the market values of Bitcoin started recovering and it is speculated that it will cross $30000 till the end of the year. About the 2019, it will be a bit too early to predict because the prices in future cannot be predicted easily.

I believe on every crypto analyst are saying in their speculations that here is a chance for bitcoins to reach $50k dollars and that is the reason why you should hold your coins today.

Between 2018 and 2020, the price change may not be observed much. From time to time there may be increases and decreases in this process. However, I am not predicting very serious price movements. Lets wait and see the result with the patient.

I'm not going to copy mcafee with his crazy 250k prediction, revised upwards to half a million. Realistically I'd say around $50k as an optimistic price, but really it's anyone's guess

McAfee has been overly bullish on bitcoin and even some other shitty currency which is the reason reasonable community members take his predictions as a pinch of salt. No one can predict the price of bitcoin precisely for 2020, 2019 etc. No one knows what will be the price of bitcoins at that time. Everyone saying bitcoin will be worth 50,000$ or even 1K $ but these are just wild guesses. We need to wait and see.

I think the more realistic approach will be to hope for 35K price by the end of next year 2019.

basically the system of bitcoin price growth will rise when the end of the year. so, when traveling from 2018 to 2020, the price will definitely develop. although it is only limited to speculation, however, it is something that is trusted. there are many reasons for that, and one of them is because bitcoin began to be accepted in the community.

in my opinion it is very difficult to predict, because there are so many previous predictions that are not in accordance with the existing market conditions.

It is always interesting to see what kind of predictions people made at that time because it reflects very closely what is happening at the time, even when the price was going down people were still very positive about the price of bitcoin which is very different from the attitude that people have now.

The price of bitcoin has dropped rapidly since March of 2018 when this thread was created. 2019 has been a slow year, just like 2018. Very little activity. 2020 is the year most predict bitcoin would finally see some real sustainable growth. With the Bitcoin halving coming up and ETFs already getting approved, we could be optimistic

Taking that year time frame, it could be speculated that we are passing a downtrend at the moment.  Hence the price appearing sideways to many yet imo being quite bullish for some months in an understated way.     

Its hard to speculate on a price for 2020 when 2019 March right now we are maybe breaking trend of the last year.    People might think this quite boring but if we break upwards I think 6000 to 7000 area is a reasonable target and I'll extend that into 2020 as well

Bitcoin is going to enjoy some bullish trend this year but it might not really going far but I strongly hope that this year December is going to be better in price than December 2018. I do believe that bitcoin is about to make a new part that is going to push us toward 2020.

My opinion is that bitcoin will be struggling to see a bullish market in even 2020, i dont expect a hype still till then, may be in 2021 we can see a massive pump after halving.

You tried with your predictions but I don't believe bitcoin price can really be predicted. Anything can happen, no one can be sure how or when. There so many different predictions about Bitcoin price but I believe bitcoin price will be high above 4k$ around late 2019.

In 2020 i think the price of bitcoin in my opinion will be more then 30,000$ or before halving or after halving, but i think will happen before halving and aot of people will make a good profit.

I believe you are predicting prices too fast. I have not been able to conclude how much the BTC value will be until the end  this year even next year. my prediction if the price of BTC continues to soar. every week it only increases by around $ 100. This month's closing ended around $ 5.5K. if the increase is stable in the end of this year it will hit $ 8K. the market situation will probably change drastically positive or negative depending on general trust.

The more users who join the network, the more wallets and applications that are created and used. With increasing use, the price of BTC will also increase in the long run. It would not be exactly possible to tell the figure or so but yes it will be in 5 digit figure in this year and will continue to grow as the time passes. I agree, BTC needs to regain support and break over the long term trend line. I also think, however, that it may retest the 200 and 50 day moving averages as well as the previous breakout around $4150. If BTC bounces off the moving averages and/or bounces off the previous bottom then it won't be long before the price gets back on top of the trend line rather than riding it from underneath. This doesn't do the day traders much good, but for long term hodler these prices below the trend are a gift.

2018 is no question a bad year for us, especially those ho haven't sold their coins because the longer we monitor the market the more we get hurt.
It was a complete bear market but we never loss hope, I personally hold a lot of coins that has less value now, but I believe it will recover.

I think expectations like those of OP led many unsuspecting people to suffer great losses in recent months, because once the price of bitcoin was catapulted unusually towards $20K in 2017 few had enough common sense to sell. On the contrary, greed led many to buy such expensive bitcoins, trusting that a rise to $100K was only a matter of weeks, and the sad results are well known.

That is why we have to be very cautious in the face of such high expectations, so a bitcoin at $10K by the end of 2019, and at $15K by the end of 2020 would be very beneficial for everyone.

And as of Now BTC is struggling in 12k USD.
So the OP's price prediction is too far from the actual price.

Even the OP predicts that way, this could help us gain confidence despite of being far from the actual price. This helped attracts good mind setting although we seen market cap really pulled down the price harder. Bitcoin price really struggled at $12k, but I've seen it working too hard to correct this circumstances right now and the potential is already so let's stay positive as well.

Imagine that I try as much as possible and then struggle to gather 1 bitcoin and if by that 2020, the price eventually hit that target, would it not be worth the wait, whatever wait that we make in bitcoin will really be worth it in the long run, mots investments requires patience, and bitcoin investment is not exceptional, the fact we have seen it give result in a shirt time does not mean that is how it will always be.

Bitcoin is not a ponzi system, it is a serious tech that will have a great impact on the whole world, which we should know that it will really take time for us to get to the full development of it and we all know the positive effect of its full development in the market and the only way that we can partake in it is if we stay strong and patient with the bitcoin.
