Lisk, Cardano(The platform not yet released), NEM, stratis and many more. Lisk aims to create SDK that based on the java-basic programming language. Cardano tries to seek the similar way like what already done by ethereum platform. NEM seeks to be the open payment system to compete with ripple and stellar. Stratis try to develop the blockchain for business.

Lisk is another example of such coins, I think lisk and qtum are the ones most undervalued now and have lots of potential for the future.

Byteball
Byteball is potential platform but currently it will dropped in the market so peoples are not looking in this coin. But right know byteball is promoting in this forum so again all are expecting the good growing cryptocurrency in crypto market. I believe it will reach 1k USD at the end of this year.

It's hard trying to understand what you typed. Are you looking for a platform to develop your coin/token or just looking for a coin with a good platform that you will like to invest in?

Either way, I will suggest you go for NEO. It has all the features you will find, from earning free gas to providing you with a mechanism that is not easily solvable by quantum computers.

But what about dash or monero or, in the end, a Litecoin. Coins are not worse, yes, the price is certainly higher for buying more difficult, but I think they can afford many to provide their rear with reliability in the future.
