but you're selling fiat lol? Or is it monopoly money?

Cash is actually already a collectible! If you have a coin from 100 years ago, you can probalby sell it for 50% more value.

you completely missed the point of the artwork.

no, not selling fiat money.

it's an art print telling you to put trust in worthless paper.  It's satire!  Notice the background of the artwork mentions the decline of the purchasing power of USD over the years :P

Well, I guess now that you changed the title and edited the description a little bit, that becomes clear. It was confusing, I thought you were selling cash, with [WTS -- CASH] and then just the title of the artwork :P.

Are u sure your art doesn't violate Monopoly's TM on that tophat dude?
