It will not prohibit traditional methods from putting forward potential employees either, job boards, aggregators, agencies etc. will all get the chance to put their traffic through the Jobchain system. The API is for integration with any third party that would like to mass refer candidates, e.g. job boards, aggregators, agencies etc. Candidates, employers and freelance agents etc. can login to the dApp, like they would login to any other. |
