Group 1 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1121773 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=493181 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1121773 got 10 merit points from second profile today for this post : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1318106.msg33299453#msg33299453 He needed 10 more merits points for higher pay in the campaign he is participating. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3174841.0 Group 2 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1421389 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=151256 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1421389 received most of his merits from https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=151256 on different pots. Same user meriting the same member on different posts. Language is different so, I cannot judge the content. Group 3 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1323511 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=882355 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=882355 is already tagged and he is growing his other accounts like https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1323511 Group 4 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1146986 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1022170 Merits sent to each other, are using the same signature and also have approx same last activity. Just report them so they can get banned. Forum mods are very good at banning cheaters. It is sad that merit system was introduced to get rid of the spammers but instead it created a whole new breed of spammers. They don't even try to hide themselves. :/

I guess if you find a member doing a spam posts, the only option for you is to click the report to moderator button on their post first and then let the moderators do their job. By reporting the spammer posts, moderator will look to the case of spamming member if that member's post is reported by a lot of people. It is not your job to decide it is a spam or not, we only can help moderators by pointing out them to the "spammy post". They don't even try to hide themselves. :/ No, the system dont create new breeds of spammers I have caught many alts and all of them are already residents here they are just creating new accounts to distribute their merit and this is also one of the purpose of the system to catch those cheaters.Im really surprised that in 2months of merit system they still dont find out that they are reported on what they are doing, or maybe they dont know that everyone can see the recent merits of the community. Cheaters are too much busy thinking on how they can cheat with this new merits system and not noticing that this is a trap. You must collect all merit abuser in single thread so that it was easy to follow and I already saw same thread with this one a month ago and I think it is better to merge this there just like the thread of "Known Alt Account". But you are doing good job for fighting trust abuser. Keep it up.
