where is captcha?

We are aware of the problem with captcha failing to display but the problem is occurred on the captcha hosting site so is beyond our control.
However we will be implementing a second captcha system so that users will have a choice to use whichever captcha work best for them.

Address blocking is part of the security measure to block botters but we will be doing some improvements to avoid blocking innocent users.

Been using your BTC and LTC faucet for a while and they are also on my Faucets Lists but for a few days I also have the same "captcha not loading" problem... It eventually loads after the second or third try...

Anyway, they are good paying faucets and I'm sure you get the "captcha not loading" sorted out!  ;)

why did you remove solvemedia captcha? again this shit recaptcha is not working

We implement solvemedia as a backup captcha solution.
It will be activated only when the primary captcha is not working.
We don't allow solvemedia as a choice simply because it is top favorite for botters.

By the way, we don't use recaptcha.
We are using captchme as the primary captcha.

You may try again. It should be working  fine now.

The claim rates are based on the cryptocurrency price.
It is impossible to maintain a fixed rate since the cryptocurrency price is changing every seconds.
However when you convert it to USD you can see the reward value is the same.

Funny, why do you think captcha problem will end up faucet closing?
Only faucet that doesn't pay will end up closing and we have never failed to pay users.
Anyway the captcha problem was came from the captcha site.
I think the problem should be fixed now. Let me know if still having problem.

LOL. This is really funny. You are the only one who complained in this forum and I didn't even know your BTC address now you said it's solved.
If I really block withdrawal after 15 claims, it is impossible you are the only one who complain here because there are hundreds of thousands of users make more than 15 claims per day.
Most of the time users who had problem will contact through support email first. Next time please send email to support before make any conclusion.

Hello Admin, I am on LTC faucet, and worried about this 6. Failure to complete shortlinks TOO many times will risk your LTC address being blocked.

Few shortlink are infected from malware and my AV block them, I get about few a day, will that be considered as incomplete shortlinks, because the page wont go further and stops.

Let me tell you a theory.
99% of those using faucet have no problem to complete google recaptcha on shortlink and you are 1% of those who have problem.
So what do you think the problem is? Of course you are the problem.
Google recaptcha only give problem to those who try to bot the site or those who used bad IP.

Have you try to clear cookies?

Recently discovered this faucet and started to claim when the solvemedia captcha was working few days ago on your shortlink . Now i stopped claiming because this captcha is not showing properly anymore because this faucet is using ths shortlink with adsense ads https://justfor.fund
Let me tell you something ,dear "professional" admin :
1. - I claim and saw and test (new or not) faucets maybe hundreds of them (honest and scams) so far, since 2016 when 1 btc was $600, this might be  before you even know bitcoin exists and i even created banners for some and got paid . I wrote some reviews, i have advertised to get referrals ,even started to make a scam faucets list https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1587573.0 , advised some faucet owners how to improve their faucets, so i'm not a n00b as you wish to name some of your users. I am not using and never used bots or proxy or whatever, nor having dynamic IP, and im not a kid with a laptop in a basement trying to hack the world/faucets/etc.
2. - Either you're ignoring users complaints (which makes you susceptible for scamming in the past or in the future) ,either youre just another amateur faucet admin which uses only 1 shortlink and/or don't want or don't know how to use many other shortlinks and rotate them on your redirects even if shortlinks could turn into scams and not paying you, but that's the risk you assume as faucet owner same as the users assume a risk on claiming from random faucets and not getting paid.
3. - Right now there are thousands of faucets on internet and i see on other faucets the solvemedia is loading and displaying properly. I think ive found another similar situation on a random shortlink from another faucet but just another one or 2 faucets/shortlinks.
4. - I bet you even don't realise that the different bugs (even a captcha one) may occur only on some terminals/computers because theyre using an outdated browser, older operating system, (which i'm using both too right now) or maybe an aggressive antivirus ,etc,  but clearing browsing cache/history/cookies is not fixing the issue . It's not always the "Hey you're (using) a bot" or user's intended fault, a internet bug could be also from a server,protocols, SSL certificate used,hosting, etc.
4. - A wise faucet owner would integrate different captchas, which is not your case, but your shortlink is killing the faucet' potential.

You should consider to create accounts on different shortlinks and use more than 1 shortlink service. Try even create space for rent maybe you get few ptc ads purchased. If you want money/users get your a$$ to work and improve your faucet and listen to your users and find the best way so everyone get money=happy.
I'm (or we some users) not gonna use the useless sound option from solvemedia because is difficult to use . Reasons ( bad sound, fast run, difficult to understand for a not native english person, etc). I bet your revenue/visits has dropped a bit lately due to this captcha problem because those with the solvemedia issue won't come back to often to claim. Have you checked the revenue/visits/clicks parameters to see if something is going on lately ?
Btw, what you'll do when this "justfor.fund" shortlink will close or adsense will ban it ? you won't be prepared and you have to shutdown the faucet and scam the users ?
Think outside-the-box and you'll be a wonderful faucet owner, father, lover, husband, employee, manager, web developer , etc.

P.S the solvemedia is not working anymore on Faucethub login too but luckily mexicantarget has added 2 more captcha options to login.
It seems it happens on older version of mozilla possibly combined with older OS ,which makes me think its a bug based on older SSL and protocols but i will keep observing the bug before i report it to mozilla even if the support has ended for such versions. Chrome is out of discussion because older version does not accept/display websites with newer SSL such as speedupfaucet.com :

I bet you didn't knew about this error displayed on older version of chrome due to newer SSL/hosting/whatever. Same chrome error goes for faucethub which by to big coincidence the solvemedia is not working too.
I bet the speedupfaucet' users redirected to your shortlink /faucethub users which have problems with solvemedia are using older version of browsers (+ os) like me.
I think those who are using windows 10 won't have bugs such as SSL conflict and possibly solvemedia issues. A change related to the ssl or solvemedia website protocol or on some particular websites happened and now solvemedia does not display the captcha text anymore for some people. But on some websites solvemedia is displaying properly even with old browser and older os and this is quite confusing to make a verdict about this bug.

It's not your fault if some people can't claim anymore from your faucet due to that unique shortlink you use and its not users' fault if for some reason can't upgrade to newer version their browser or their operating system but you can fix this problem somehow if you add more shortlinks which rotates on  refresh or new visit and contains recaptcha or something else for validation.

Actually justfor.fund is owned by me. I do have shortlink rotator in my faucet but the thing is I have added justfor.fund as the first shortlink in my faucet.
I never consider when justfor.fund is not working properly then it will cause user not able to use the faucet for the rest of the day.
I have made some changes when user not able to complete shortlink for justfor.fund, they will be automatically rotated to the next shortlink.
Sorry I can't completely change the way it works but I can't only allowed user to bypass justfor.fund when it is not working properly.
You may try again to see if it is working the way it should work for now.

"user not able to use the faucet for the rest of the day." - not for the rest of the day  but forever, because everytime i came back the same shortlink was displaying and i guess that stores in history/cache because after seeing your reply and trying the faucet i was redirected again to that shortlink justforfunds (didnt worked your redirect to another shortlink) but i deleted now history/cache/cookies in mozilla and tried again to claim,  this time got a new shortlink , ctfcanan or something with recaptcha and i was able to claim now on btc and eth.
 (i dont use ltc/doge faucet versions because i dont have/created wallets yet and im not so interested in these coins at the moment, my fav coins which i want to claim are main and old coins btc, eth, dash, monero ; not even interested in coin twins/splits such as etc, bch,...only new altcoin which i have a wallet for , is electroneum but again im not so interested in this one too, yet)

Claimed again on btc and completed successfully ,got another shortlink with recaptcha.

Edit : I forgot to mention, the solvemedia issue could be from java as well, if this captcha is using java , because older OS can not update newer versions of the java and people might still using java 7 or java 8.0 .

The SOLVEMEDIA Captcha is fixed and now works properly. I think this is a different version of solvemedia but who cares as long as its working .

Justforfund shrinklink/shortlink visit+captcha can be completed now properly too. :)


Also the SOLVEMEDIA from logging on Faucethub.io is fixed too with the same version and logging on faucethub with solvemedia is working.

I guess my 2 tickets-support sent to solvemedia website has helped to identify / fix the bug or at least to replace the buggy version . 8) I bet they received many complaints around the world.

(ii) 'Duplicate Id detected' (not possible when I am working with one computer and one IP address all along).
(iii) Too quickly it moves to 'anti-bot' restrictions some time just after two failed attempts.
(iv) Nasty shortlinks (especially with flaps/transparent flaps) when a user cannot move to the next page even after click after click.
This is a serious problem that often leads to non-completion of the task.

I face real trouble with shortlinks with flaps overlapping captcha column (where 'I am not a bot' is written). Two things happen: (i) It refuses to open the captcha even after many clicks. (ii) Even it opens I cannot proceed to the next page as "Proceed" or "get link" column remain unresponsive.

Can anybody please guide me how to handle such shortlinks?

Well... I just claimed from the BTC and LTC faucets and all was working, I even did a withdraw from both and it all landed on FaucetHub... So for me everything is working correct!

Keep in mind that SolveMedia Captcha had some issues recently.

  CutUrls, Vivads,  Cutadlink.net,  Voxc, VIP SHORT, PE Short, some crappy nameless service advertising JIO caller, Queen Short and then ShortUrl. ALL THESE SERVICES DON'T WORK. They are either infested with aggressive ads and redirects that are impossible to fight and never allow you to get the required link or they simply pretend to give you the link but the button never works. Bear in mind that your site is not the only one having problems with the above said services. For two months I have had problems with these services from multiple sites. They have made your faucet a frustrating site rather than a fun site because we have to go through all these and antibot captures as if it is our fault that we can't complete the short links. GET RID OF THEM! BECAUSE AS FAR AS I KNOW IF WE CAN'T COMPLETE THE SHORTLINKS YOU ALSO DON'T GET PAID SO AT THE END OF THE DAY WE ARE WASTING EACH OTHERS TIME. They are cheating you. They purposely do this so that most of the visits you get are invalid.
