now I am watching and review ICO Betex, ICO xyo and ICO shivom, and Cryptal dash. I think the ICO I mentioned has a very good prospect in the future, I see they have an active team and ready to succeed ICO.

Of course the best ICO will be the biggest ICO, and that will be Telegram...jk ;D. I think too CryptalDash will be one of the better ICOs in 2018 but it is tough to say best because we still have 3 quarters left in this year.

neonexchange seems to be one of the best ICO projects at the moment. I personally have a very good view of the project and have been highly rated by the community at this time. I think in the future this project will have more new strategies to help investors to participate in this project easier and they have a great development team.

Bitcoin: Of course, it is the largest and the whole market is following the Bitcoin course for now! You can not act seriously in cryptocurrency and pretend Bitcoin is not there. There are still the same problems for Bitcoin to tackle: transaction costs, scalability and arguments surrounding centralization of mining and developers that the community is struggling with. If the community around Bitcoin is not able to solve these problems, it is very questionable whether the mother of all cryptos can keep their market share.

On the contrary, during a bearish market is the best time to buy into coins and tokens. Just make sure that the coin or token you are investing into has a good foundation, qualified team (to implement what the coin actually promises to provide) and solid tech.

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts. The most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.  I joined effect ico in march. I am very hopeful about it. And i am looking for shivom and asuracoin.

When investing in ICOs, there is a need to be very careful. If there is a project that has an innovative idea and finds use in the blockchain, then the team can be considered if it is not.

The Abyss has really low price and photochain postponed their ICO. LOL. I don't know about others choices in your list but at the moment seem like none of them are successful. LOL. At the moment I think you should take a look at Yumerium and ARAW bounty campaign, beside I'm also very interested in EOT ICO project :).
