Title: Any rules for company accounts (ie, non-personal accounts)?

Hey,

we would like to use this account as a support account for our new game. It's therefore not bound to a certain person, and will be used exclusively to provide customer support in the game's thread. Are there any special rules to consider in this case?

If not we just have to wait until we get out of this newbie section, right? Are we getting notified for that? Is it an automatic process?

No special rules, use it as you like. Also white listed you.
