There is also no "giveaway", you have shown that in your conversation with the user, if the user wins with the 'free' money then you will not 'give' them the money, there is no "giveaway". You claim that they are stealing from you but in a US or most European courts you are the one committing the fraud because it is mandatory that a winner has to deposit money with you to get any "free" "giveaway" money. It may be that in your country, wherever that is as you have the domain ice-dice ownership hidden, (Now, why would an honest man company do that!), it is not against the law but I doubt it. User do not have to deposit money to withdraw, if you are a legit user with real twitter who do not try to claim the free giveaway more than once, then you are free to withdraw. Hundreds of users already successfully withdrew their promo coins, it's those ones who don't play by the rules we try to block to protect our investors investment. This user created 20 fake twitter accounts and tried to get this promo many times, which is not fair to other players. Obviously I can't let him withdraw.
