then this Pocketinns offical has been no announced. where can I claim in this case,SEC or FINRA?

Are you one of the investors? On this case you cant sue em up unless if you do able to know the exact location on where the team is residing.You cant really make any complaints unless if that ICO is regulated.If tokens arent still on Etherdelta then possible cause might they are on delay or just on worst case they do ran of with the funds and just making alibis.There no updates and promised March 12 ED launch then most likely you are really heading on being scammed.

There is no listing requirement on EtherDelta. It's possible that they haven't assigned it a ticker, though.

Click on any market on EtherDelta, and in your web address bar, replace the ticker with Pocketinns's contract address. So, instead of "#OMG/ETH" you would type in "#0x..../ETH". You should then be able to see the order book for Pinns and execute orders.

The SEC or FINRA will do nothing for you, anyway.

We are so glad to mention that pocketinns-pinns token recognized date of trading starts from 12th march on Ether Delta from 10.00 am est Newyork. Click on any market on Ether Delta and in your web address bar ,replace the ticker with pocketinns's contract address then you should be able to see the order book for pinns and execute orders.

You can't do anything if an ICO scammed you,if you know where they are from you can complaint about the person who ran that ICO and many of the people were arrested for running  scam ICO.So it is your responsibility to know enough about that project before investing.

You do saw the buy orders and sell orders? No active trades or volume which means its dead.

As part of the risk as an investor and you cant sue them out or taking back your money that you had invested on the project. Ive tried to check out their site its all dead, no recent updates, no activities which its an indicator that the project is dead.

this is one problem that is very annoying because the coins we are waiting for do not appear on the Exchange, and it could happen a scam.

Is there a checklist to follow that could help you evade the dodgy ICOs?

All I hear from others is look at the team behind the ICO and the partnerships they have.

What?!  Is this your first time using a search engine or something?  That organisation is not even remotely relevant to the OP's question.  Information Commissioner's Office != Initial Coin Offerings.  Please don't tell people to cost themselves money by calling a UK group specialising in Data Protection, Freedom of Information requests and the new GDPR legislation just to ask them about some random crapcoin they'll never have even head of.  That's just a waste of everyone's time.

There might be some organization do exist but wont really be totally helpful but only to the place where those groups being located they don't even assure that it can really help out to resolve peoples problems about those ICO problems. This would really waste up peoples money and effort and totally a useless service too.

ICO's are decentralized and there's no head office or governing agency that is regulating this if someone has a complain and this is why everyone must be careful of investing on it.

That's right ... but i have seen that there are ICO escrow companies. I havent looked into how extensive they are, but the idea seems legit. If they are credible enough a company like that, can be your seal of quality assurance.

There are real escrow companies (bank,etc.) but about that idea of ICO escrow company? What's the point of their service? SEC implements regulations about ICOs but with that service, I don't know.

Well the whole idea of escrow is 3rd party monitoring. In which opportunity lies for both the party that offers to mediate and the for the 2 parties who have a trust gap. If you stand out as an reliable 3rd party, then you can establish yourself when the big purge comes. There are escrow companies in Forex as well. I dont know if it's legit because I heard of the concept, but have no experience. I was hoping if I would mention it someone who has been in crypto long than i have, might debunk or enforce the concept.

normally with such ico's problems for me you can not do any such projects. if you have a problem you will not even have to look so beautiful then let it go.

in the ico's own telegram that you have joined with you can only complain. in your ico problem you joined. if there is a problem about stakes or any problem just talk in telegram of ico.
