Title: Getting USD into an exchange Post by: bitcoinrocks on November 01, 2013, 08:10:07 AM I've been using Coinbase to get money into BTC which can of course then be easily transferred between exchanges. It's so expensive though. Is there a better way? I was using CampBX+Dwolla until that disappeared.

In the meantime you can mail them a check or money order. Or you can do an international wire to bitstamp which is expensive and a pain. Coinbase is actually not a bad deal.
