I dislike to type sudo, I dislike to have the fucking root password prompt thrown at me when I need to do something worthwhile, I hate that programs show prompts whining about how insecure it is to run under root, I hate people bitching that it's bad practice to run as root when I didn't ask for fucking advice.My machines always run at super-user privileges with auto-login, no UAC, no prompt garbage. If a distro/OS doesn't allow it, I ditch the distro. |
