I setup an auction for the following:

The Internet Cash card can only be used on the Internet.
It is not possible to withdraw cash from an ATM and a physical card is not needed.

It is prepaid and can only be used up to the amount on the card.

This can be used where the MasterCard sign is present. No annual fee, valid until 2015. There is a fee when loading the card, and I need to do that, but is included in BTCs. Every transaction has a fixed fee of 3USD debited from the card.

Can be refilled upto 10K USD and not more than 100KUSD in a 365 day period. Recharge is done through BTC and there can be delays depending on amount, and at a minimum 8 hours. Future auctions will come.

Upon the first transaction, you will need to determine a Secure Code for future uses.

This card has an initial deposit of 200USD.

Will be provided: 16 digit Card number, expiration date, 3digit on the reverse, and Internet-Code.
The Internet Code is used to access a website to view all transactions.

Let me know of any interest for such cards, currency can be in USD, Euros or CHF. Fees will apply if used in another currency than the card.
Other availability is Travel Cash Card available in the same 3 currencies for withdraw and payment everywhere where the Maestro sign is present, so not on the internet. Same limits and recharging options apply; mailing of physical card is needed. No name on card.
