I am not american. Yes regular money is fine. In my country my government doesn't track it. Foreign government doesn't have interest in my money as much as my own country.

The cards and accounts are 100% legal but the sellers might be shady. Use escrow when dealing with them. Also the individual accounts have monthly and yearly limits.

You can easily then control the account online from wherever you are. While the Swiss have had to bend to accommodate the US IRS, they still have some of the best banks, strong currency, and good privacy protection.

Now they'll be available from the TOR blackmarkets.
