Hiya all, I wont go into the long story, Dank is marked as a scammer because he had a run of bad luck, and I was the unfortunate person who had to take the bullet.

He left owing me 53 BTC, Please bare in mind this was lent when BTC was much lower than it is today.

As Dank is recovering, and more prominent on the forum again, I offer this chance to clear his name.

I am willing to talk about tying what is owed (settlement amount) to a fiat value and allowing a micro re-payment scheme.

To be fair, you should suspend any interest payments, as long as Dank starts making monthly payments.  Realistically, if he waits to pay you back in larger sums, that will probably never happen.

Thank you, much better than 100k or more in the future.  Though let me make this clear, if I have disposable income to pay squall back his total debt in BTC, I will.  This would take years but it may happen depending on the direction of my music.

At this point, I can only afford .1 BTC or so to start, is this okay?  I could do more but it may impact my ability to earn income.  I'm working on a business and working with investors to fund it, I'm 90% sure they will fund it and once it is established, in the next few months, I'd like to expand to paying you a higher percentage of my revenue, I just don't want to jump into high payments when I have not tried to make any income in a little while due to financial FUD.

Dank, you remind me so much of the people I knew when I was younger, and a good third of them ended up famous or running record companies or venues. Easily. The other third are successfully self employed at a variety of respectable yet interesting occupations, and a third are dead or 'lost to followup' as scientists say.

None of them started out with a massive event. How about you find a couple of bands with a following of say, 30-50 each, and put a gig on at a bar? Give them and the venue a percentage of the door price, restrict guest lists to one per band member, and make it midweek so the venue won't want to charge you hire. If you can negotiate a percentage of the bar, do so, then flyer like crazy everywhere customers might be.

That way, when you do get to run a massive festival, you will be in with a chance of knowing what you are about :)

I have grown quite a bit since those loans requests last year.  I was naive and my expectations were high.  Though, I don't doubt I would have been able to handle them (maybe not the car loan thinking bout it).

I still stand by that I am the best investment one can make on these forums.  Because investing in me is investing in you.  You get everything you put in back and more, physical and not.

By the way, regarding you giving away money on another thread, I have a really crazy idea that I don't think anyone has ever tried yet. Let me know if this sounds sane to you or not. Basically, what you do is, you take that 0.0002+ btc, and you hold on to it. Then you find another 0.0002btc, and hold on to that too. And basically you keep doing that, until it adds up to 0.420, or whatever, and then you use that bigger amount to give back to squall. That way, you don't even have to do anything, other than just hold on to your coins until it's enough for a debt payment. I think I'll call this idea "saving." What do you think?

What do you want the minimum payment to be?  Do you want it to be whatever dank decides to pay, no matter how small?
When do you want him to pay you? Start of month?  Obviously if you leave it up to dank, he won't pay at all until you remind him.
