You cannot guarantee anything. Anyone can falsify identity and no one is going to go trying to sue because it would cost alot more money. Why not go to a bank or tell all your family and friends to pitch in and you can make them all rich? 

Like I said the project is VERY CONFIDENTIAL hence my reasons to post here! and It's Easy to falsify identity but NOT IN MY CASE (The right people will know why).

Well identity doesnt mean much here. If you dont have valid collateral (or very trusted here), you wont get a loan.

Just to Echo I HAVE COLLATERAL.  8)

Ok state your collateral publicly and let everyone tell you if it is valid or not. If its valid, stable, 120% of what youre asking  and can be easily liquidated if you default, someone will be interested. Stating you will talk about collateral in private usually means its not worth wild or you really dont have valid collateral.

Doing that to weed out time wasters and for personal reasons. This post means business, and any serious investor will be willing to negotiate privately ..Am not begging for money , am looking for an investor.

And many people here mean business. If you cannot post it publicly, then you may not be serious as you claim to be.

Here's My Collateral!

So you have no valid collateral.  The chances of you just blowing this $200,000 and taking a chance someone will sue you is pretty high.  :/

I will take my chances... but first; whomever will be down to do business with me must have an evaluation window. I mean, see what my business is all about and test waters with whatever least amount they best feel to invest! If Profits start rolling in within 2 - 3 days; then he'l be welcome to invest the rest.

And giving out a Negative Feedback based on a "Newbie asking for $200,000 loan without collateral and guaranteeing a return. " is Totally Uncalled For; RUDE AND SELFISH. All you had to do is PASS.

So you are the type of person that would watch a little old granny get scammed at the airport, instead of stepping in and helping her?   ::)

So you pretty much dont have valid collateral, which pretty much proved my point. The only thing that *might* be valid would be the tokens but they worth probably about 0.05 BTC, however that price might not exactly last because they dont seem to be very stable and reliable. Everything else, $0. If I have to explain why everything else is worthless you dont belong here.
