      We're building a decentralized betting platform to outclass them all. Our platform allows anyone to be their own house and create matches, teams and leagues by staking our GEN utility tokens to receive most of the house margin share. It has fixed odds and many built-in social features such as comments, messaging, ranking and even allows players to copy other players bets automatically. While there is no house to bet against, players essentially bet against other players.

As of this moment our platform only handles Ether for bets, however once we switch to our own network we will make GEN tokens the main currency there. We plan to invite real team organizations to profit from our platform as well, as whichever team wins receives portion of house margin as well. We believe teams should be rewarded, not sportsbooks.

We operate on a legal ground, as the company MyEtherSports S.R.L. is operating from within borders of Costa Rica, granting us the ability to conduct gambling activities online.

     The first implementation of our betting platform is currently powered by Solidity and is meant to be run on Ethereum public ledger, however because of numerous challenges and limitations we're planning to develop our own network that is more suitable for the task. For this sole reason, the first iteration will be released onto Ethereum public ledger and be referred to as OpenGenesis. The second revamped version however will use only the best blockchain has to offer, such as Blockchain Lattice and Virtual Voting alternative, that will allow nodes to reach consensus without any voting nor delays.

Alternatively, because the back-end is written in Solidity, it gives us more freedom to choose from (ethereum form, rootstock, hedera, etc.) but we're determined to design our own as we don't want to rely too much on a 3rd party. It doesn't necessarily mean these different platforms can't co-exist, in fact we want community to choose whichever they prefer best, therefore we want to explore possibility of transferring GEN tokens between different chains using Atomic Swap.

   We have been designing a DAO+ICO hybrid for months, only finding out about this relatively new term a month after Vitaliks announcement. Unfortunately the first ever DAICO implementation was not what people have hoped for, as it doesn't allow anyone to vote nor does it allow investors to claim refunds on their own. It's probably now what Vitalik had in mind when he came up with the idea.
We've on the other hand have made it far more superior and contributor friendly:

• Anyone can create proposals and anyone can vote. Our approach distinguishes true supporters from potential manipulators.
• Anyone can claim 90% refund in between distribution periods. 10% goes directly towards our development fund and is not refundable.
• Foundation tokens and development fund are locked with a maximum daily limit of 5 ether / day, meaning we can't withdraw more than the limit allows us to, creating a stable monthly budget for us to work with.
• 90% of all tokens will be distributed throughout an entire year in 4 seasonal distributions, each lasting 30 days. Each daily distribution has no fixed token price, because tokens will be split proportionally between whoever sends ether during the entire day.
• Referral system that rewards both referral and referree, since up to 5% from each daily distribution is reserved for the referral program, and is proportionally split between participants.

    NOTE: If you are a United States resident and are not an accredited investor you can not participate in our ICO and in any ICO for that matter. Even if you are an accredited investor, please do not send us your KYC information because we're not going to process those, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

• Q2 2018 – Finalizing OpenGenesis platform, deploy to ethereum test network. Research and development (R&D).
• Q3 2018 – Release OpenGenesis platform on Ethereum public ledger, possibly even on Rootstock and Hedera as well. Begin development of custom network.
• Q4 2018 -  Test our implementation by deploying a test network and organizing a game jam to stress-test our tools.
• Q1 2019 – Release revamped betting platform running on our own custom network. Allow tokens to be transferred between two ledgers.
• Q2 2019 – OAuth and social integration, that will allow casual players to sign-in using already existing accounts.
• Q3 2019 – Heavy marketing campaign, invite famous sports organizations to join and earn from our platform.
