Don't get too excited over the hype. Though that is what we hope for, just don't get over it to avoid false hope and a broken heart when expectations on it's price is not met. Sometimes we just have to hope for the best and expect for the worse.

What's the basis for your speculation? News? Market sentiment? If none why have you come up with this conclusion anyway? I am not saying here that you are wrong it's just that there aren't any basis which would make your speculation be a random one. I also think you have posted in the wrong section, since this kind of threads belong to speculation section where this kind of threads is posted. Don't worry a moderator might move this topic for you.

I don't know if we are due for an uptrend yet. I think we haven't had capitulation quite yet for the second time. I'm thinking it may bottom at $5k, but it depends on how today will end.

Just pure sentiment I believe but for me I really think that this is not the time for bitcoins to pump up since there are certain bad things still dragging its growth, But I'm sure if we go touch to the Q3 or maybe by end year we will feel the real pump coming with it, Stable price will be the good prediction for this moment.

Are you saying this based on stock market speculative methods? Because in stocks the last day of the week is Friday and it again begins on Monday, so you're saying the prices go down during Saturdays and come back up from Sunday evening to patch things up? People have got some ridiculous ideas bullshit.

The price went up to $7500 a few days ago, and people were speculating about a recovery, where not long after that, the price took a strong dive towards the $6600 mark again.

I don't see anything in this market to jump up significantly. Occasionally we see large green candles created by whales buying up the price, but they all have been impossible to sustain for even a few days.

I will only get excited when we are a notch or two above the point we have broken through the current range, and as long as that doesn't happen, there is no reason to be excited in the short term.

It is not certain if this will continuing on uptrend this time. Many of us are waiting it to happen to increase bitcoin price. Well, so many possibilities it may go lower who knows, once good news is presents we can see swift changes on bitcoin.

none of them are true. price may not be falling anymore but it is not going to rise either. and even if it reaches $7000+ it still wouldn't be an uptrend. it is just a small recovery. an uptrend is when price goes back to $9k and continues up. and we are nowhere near that day yet. we still need to see some accumulation and also there isn't any good news these days or even if there were, it would be swept under the carpet by the media.

Checking at the market right now, btc is still under $7k level. People should not believe easily on any speculation you'd better to make an extra time to study the market. News coming from a newbie without any reference is consider as Hype/FUD news, let's all be fair here.

At the moment, news restrains the Bitcoin raster!
 But sooner or later it will break and we will see another flight to the moon!

The big question is that when the value starts to rise, it will go through marks at a near-jet speed. We have already seen this when it was from 1200 to 4k. And then from 5k to 19K. Now we will see triple in values in weeks and several people desperate because FOMO.

That means the right thing to do is to buy now as there is a great probability that upward price movement is going to resume. One thing that keep on encouraging me is that bitcoin has a potential for grow and that is the most important.  If we are familiar with assets price movement we would agree that the bearish market is almost over.

Especially in this type of industry, analysis, facts, and any form of supporting documents must be presented just so to be sure that a claim is justifiable in a way. it is as annoying and idiotic as the people who are spreading the FUD saying it is falling down! the fact is nobody knows and we are not yet out of the bear market but price has been slowing down a lot which can be the sign of the end and an accumulation phase.

What do you mean upward trend? Yesterday the price stabilized but this morning it fell to 6600 ish again. I'm hodling too, but I'm not gonna advise investing in this moment

The price is still below $6700 and testing the $6600 bottom that held up from the last dump.

If that bottom holds up again this time and support proves to be strong, then I think there is a possibility that we will go over $7000 by the end of the week. That's probably not going to be happening though, and even if it happens, it's going to be a temporary uptrend and not anything that will actually turn out to be the start of a bull market or long lasting.

I think we'll probably dip below $6500 per BTC, stay bearish for a few months and consolidate before the real recovery starts happening.

still, it need time to see the price reach $7k level and it is difficult to increase because, from the last week, the price is only up and down in under $7k. so maybe the next week the price will increase and we can hope it will reach $7k and more than $7k again. but we all in the weekend and everything could be happen so waiting for the price is good for us and we can decide what we want to do next.

Well, seems the current floor for Bitcoin had been established, it goes up a bit but then back to where it was before.  I do hope that this prediction about uptrend is true and eventually rally and set a series of new ATH.  There will be another set of weak hand selling their stash when the price keep on crashing and probably panic selling will occur.

No indication of a rise as far as I can see.  Fact is Bitcoin went up to 20K and is now around 6.5.    That's not spreading fud.  That's fact.  But so is saying it has gone up a huge amount since the lowest price of the last 12 months.  That is fact too. 

Yesterday the price Bitcoin is more than $7k but today it is incompletely negative mode and i will suggest people buy it at this position because once it starts increasing maybe it will reach more than 8000$.

Prices are staying put for the moment. I don't think we'll see huge swings in price.

Even if prices do go over $7000 I don't even think that should be classified as a pump. It's a rebound from the support of $6500. But right now, I don't see that happening since it's been around 2 consecutive days now with bitcoin staying under $7000 with the sentiment being bearish. Chances are quite low.

But with the amount of shorters in the market at the moment, if we do have a sudden breakout in price to at least $8000 then there should be a pretty big short squeeze causing prices to go up even further. But both $7000 and $8000 resistance levels have proved to be quite strong at this time, so it's unlikely that this would happen within this week or even the month.
