This sounds like replacing the old way of selling ticket for any show or something like it.

Vite events and tickets will be authenticated by users on the blockchain. Individuals will verify whether or not events promoted as sold out are actually. The event promoter can also add a video feed of the event for those individuals that are thinking about attending but not sure.

While there are competitors doing similar type of event applications, Vite is further along in its development and is more functional than competitors. In terms of the the big names like Ticketmaster and Eventbrite, Vite has better features and more viable socially.

It is already public. The roadmap is just showing what our timeline will be in terms of user experience because the app is already being used. We are always working to make some improvements.

Paid members will receive discounts at participating restaurants, venues, and discounts on certain events. Paid members are also able to edit their profile in ways that non-paid members can't.

The synchronization will be handled by the application on the backend. With out getting too technical or getting into too much detail, I can tell you that synchronization will be handled by monitors and code blocks. So at a high level it will work something like this. We check the location where the monitor is located for the code block associated with it. Then we would basically loop through the threads checking each for a lock on the monitor. If no locks are present get copy of all variables. If lock is present then wait for lock to be removed then get a clean copy of all variables replacing the dirty state variables. Then we run the block code. Next we will update variables that are changed inside of the block code and finally unlock the monitor. There are of course multiple ways of handling this scenario but this is the solution we have chosen that best fits our needs.
