Title: [ANN] Handy Bitcoin & Litecoin price monitor (mobile friendly)

Handy Bitcoin and Litecoin price monitor

It currently gets info from 3 major Bitcoin exchanges + a Litecoin ticker as a bonus. The monitor works just like an alarm clock, letting you know when the price for particular pair goes over or under the fixed value. I couldn't find any similar software that would work both in desktop and mobile devices without the need to install anything in the system. So I just decided to spend a day to create one :)

Use case: run it on your desktop in background, or on a smartphone. Set it up once, and enjoy the life AWAY from your computer! No more wasted time watching prices on multiple exchanges!

Note, it's just a one-day-old project, so don't expect it to be bug-free. The voice feature is tested to work in Linux desktop Chrome, and in Android's Dolphin browsers. Windows untested. Your feedback is highly appreciated. I hope you gonna like the script.

I'm planning to add Ogg audio support for Firefox and Opera.
