Hello everyone!  I'm  wondering how to be a bounty manager?
Does any of you can suggest me a website or any reference  where I could learn how to be a bounty manager?
I really  admire bounty managers .  Please  help me .  thanks.

you can also ask directly with the person like needmoney, atriz, newsilike, hotachy, or the other.

maybe you can contact token suite team and bountyhive team on their telegram. i think they will give you a chance to become bounty manager. i am sure you can and i support you.

If you want to be a bounty manager you need to follow the best managers and their activities,one of the best manager of our forum is yahoo so you can OM him or contact through other platforms as well to get the tips.But you need to be a trusted member and good contributor to the forum then only you may get hired for the bounties.But rank is not a problem here you can use escrows.But being a bounty manager is not good lot of works need to be done every week so you need to create a thread in the service section about what service you can provide and payments in what coins and signature creation or not.
I like to give one tip for you,you can give an offer like you will manage the first bounty campaign free for some weeks or entirely this is the good tip for you get hired.

But I believe it is hard just to start from 0. There are too many aspects in this job.
I would advise, join any of existing teams (like it was mentioned before) so you can gain experience and knowledge, otherwise I afraid your first managed campaign will be fail.  ::)

Why do you want to become a bounty manager? To earn money? Popularity?
Just want to let you know, Bounty manager isn't an easy job. You must fully responsible with your job, it's the hardest part of this job.

It's not easy to become a bounty manager :)). Of course you'll earn so much money when you become a bounty manager and you have a lot of campaigns to manage. But you should know that it's not easy, you have a lot of work to do with each bounty campaign you manage. Beside, ICO project often don't want their bounty campaign managed by a normal and don't know if this member is truthworthy or not so bounty manager in this forum often is high rank member with a lot of green trusts.

Everything's hard to start with.
basically you should have basic information from the cryptoworld.
then i would recommend you look for a small project and just start.

Honestly, I dream to be a bounty manager also. And now, I just to join in some bounty, do social campaign and other. I learn so much in there. And I try to contact and discuss with some manager in every bounty. I think it's my first step to understand about bounty manager's job, so I can to learn deeply if wanna be like him. Bounty Manager need goodwill marketing tools and a lot of following and higher rank in Bitcointalk forum and timely response so overall it is a serious job with good rewards

Wow that's everyone's dream and I want to be a bounty manager but it needs a higher rank in order to lead a good bounty project.

You have to have friends who spend the ICO to become a bounty manager. And secondly, it's good to do your job on time.

It's really hard to become a bounty manager. There are a lot of requirements to become a bounty manager in this forum. No need to be a high rank member but you need to be truthworthy, hard work, have manage skills. There are a lot of managers in this forum and not all of them are high rank member, maybe you need to try but you need to know that you need to do a lot of things and active all the time to answer question or help your participants.

The only thing that you need is trust the developer or the team should trust you in order to be a bounty manager,
But it is really hard to find a project to manage,
I mean yes there are tons of new ICO but if the ICO fails then you wouldn't get paid and also the bounty participants.

You should learn from the managers, they are the best man to have and learn from them.
But first, before you do that, concentrate on having bounty campaigns and join as many as you can,
this is also a good training on becoming a great manager in the future.

For managing bounty you need well experienced about managing the bounties because at a time you have to manager all the campaigns by allocating stakes on weekly basis. Moreover you should know the forum rule and regulation as a bounty manager.

The crypto-currency world is so broad and has diverse fields and being a bounty manager is quite a good aspiration but I think there are basics that needs to be meet before you are being given such a position like getting acquainted to the crypto-currency world, bounties, allocation of stakes, distribution of stakes, marketing strategies, etc it is quiet a tasking position that has huge pay when successfully concluded and the best way to get started is to send pm to any of the bounty managers that interests you, make them understand that you are looking up at them and would want to be a bounty manager someday, that way they might be willing to introduce you to the nitty-gritty of being a bounty manager.

Managing a bounty campaign is really hard compared to your prospective about this job. If i were you, you will start managing on a single campaign first, like signature or social media campaign like Twitter. And when you think that you're already well trained of managing a single campaign and you feel that you are capable to manage a different campaigns, then that is the right time for you to start managing a bounty campaign. But always remember that you have to avoid of receiving red trust ratings from DT members, so that you can continuously working as a bounty manager here in this forum for as much as you want.

To become a bounty manager, you need a lot of management experience. I see occasional ICO also posted to hire the manager, but most are reputable managers such as yahoo, atriz, needmoney, hotachy, cheus, etc. You can PM your own project owner and request support for their ICO project for free or become a collaborator for management experience. After you have more experience, you can apply for any bounty campaign to manage.

you should have atleast an experience of marketing, when you have this kind of skill then you are really able to become a bounty manager, for example you should be aware always that Project depends on your name, if a project scams people then your reputation is ruined, so better be picky to some Project you want to handle as a bounty manager. do not be greedy, always think out of the box, money is easy to find but reputation and respect needs time and experience.

In this matter, an important factor is not your position, rank, but the competence and level of professionalism, which is usually accumulated with experience and over time. It's really great that you strive to develop and to know yourself in a new quality. If I had such a desire, I most likely appealed to those who already practice themselves in this area and would seek support directly from the current managers.

I think its hard job. Every one will blame you every time when things go wrong or bad, but you only manager not dev.

Actually, even though I have never experienced a bounty manager, I think it's really hard job for a manager, especially if you have more than one campaign. You need to know more about being a bounty manager. You need to extend your patience to the people under your project and learn to talk to everyone, always consulted the admin or escrow and above all is responsible for the payment.

I have never been a manager because I have to be an expert and professional and you can also ask other experienced managers like tokensuite, needmoney and others.
