So its been a while since I haven't looked at any of my Altcoins had all gone down about 50% since I had bought them. Then, today, I saw that they had all increased by quite a lot! Does anyone know why Altcoins are doing so well right now?

Haha looks like we have hit bottom so people cannot understand why things are getting better in market.
Obviously, most altcoins are now underpriced. We hit bottom of the bottom with latest pump. Its normal to see small natural bumps.

I am also studying alt coins these days. I have started my study with Cryptonex. When i was started learning about it. That time price of coin is good and growing day by day. But now as per market situation price is going down and down.

I am not so optimistic for now yet as long as the price does not drop to a new low i am happy allready. From the last few days i did see the bear might be losing off steam but after rising for awhile the bear go into the market and push the price back to the original point.

I'm very bullish this month on altcoins if you have extra penny to invest this is the right time to accumulate coins. Buy and hodl sell when it's profit. Don't worry everything's gonna be alright.

I certainly hope so. since now its all green

So you think the market will just stay stagnant for a while?

when bitcoin price is stable there is no way to make a profit from trading bitcoin in short term. you can buy and accumulate bitcoin at that price but you can't make a profit in short term from doing so.

this little fact means traders switch to altcoin market to make profit. they pump the altcoins they see fit (usually low priced altcoins) to take advantage of bitcoin's stability, make a lot of profit then go back to bitcoin with that profit.

Wow thats really interesting! I've never thought of it that way. Do you think there is an accurate way to predict this quantitatively?

if you think your coins/tokens has increase their value then good but if i were you mate wait for a little while. do not sell any of it. because it can do more than it is now. your profit will double or multiply 10X. good for you mate.

I dont exactly know, but seems you can now make some money on a daily basis like 3-10% from 1 coin

All altcoins are recovering at this moment. But we don't if they will continue to grow in the coming days or months. The market is unpredictable. The price of bitcoin and altcoins sometime suddenly drop.

I would not make such optimistic statements, some alts seem to be chosen from stagnation. But the current market capitalization is about 250 billion, which is significantly lower than it was earlier.                  

I notice that altcoins are rising these 2 days. There aren’t much news about this rise. Even today, Bitcoin rise $1000 over one hour or so. Hopefully, the market recovery is coming.

It is very difficult to understand whether there is a real growth of coins, or some investors just wanted to play with quotes. Now you need to be careful with the evaluation of altcoins.

I am actually beginning to see some traits of bullish signs for most of the altcoins. I do not expect the market to just keep going on a while like this without some action in the market. Most of the altcoins have bottomed enough and looking for action right now, which is what I expect most whales would be channeling their efforts into now before bitcoin hits the stage running. Nevertheless, we only have to keep seeing how things go from here gradually before we even start making any assumptions but let's hope for better days ahead.

Bottom cannot really be called yet until we start seeing full recovery. However, there is still a lot of instability with bitcoin which simply means anything can happen at any point in time. However, looking at the way the alts have been responding lately, it seems a lot of traders are already beginning to accumulate but I would not expect any bull run immediately at least for now.

It is good to know that we are getting close to the point where things turn out green. Probably altcoin have escaped from the bear market, but it is too early to know if they have or not. Most altcoins were doing well since bitcoin was a bit stable and considering the next movement.

But with the recent spike above the downtrend, that actually affected most of them and they ended up having a little drop in value. My point is, most alts are kind of attached to the movement of bitcoin and they only do well when bitcoin consolidates.

I think the tension between the US and Russia has a good impact on the crypto market, I did not expect war so my money could increase, but as the Cold War may be good for the future market  :D

Yes, right. make the price up and down as a challenge that must be conquered to get a profit. do not panic, which can hurt yourself. trying to make a profit because it makes the heart happy.

There is no any logic behind them as BTC is going up mean marketing is recovering now.dip period is going to disappear and now pump up period is about to start.today whole coin market cap is approximately showing positive sign,mean prices will now surge to high level once again,be ready for high return.your Altcoins went down to 50%,you didn't lose your courage and held them.now your reward is near.

it is hard decision to decide the market red or green. There are a alot of effects on the market. I want to try to trade the altcoins bu i am afraid of sell to coins i have.

Morelikely yes,because the bearish market has ended few days ago,i can confirm it with bitcoin's day chart seems to be very bullish that is why most of the coins in the market has positively reacted to bitcoin's movements! Lets expect some small corrections few hours or days from now as bitcoin's has been trying to push the market up there will be some corrections to follow.

Though btc is on minor dip, majority of the altcoins were now in uptrend market maybe more people are in buying mode where demand had increased drastically. People take chances in being involved in the cryptocurrency since they know that their investment would grow in a limited timeline unlike doing savings in a bank where interest rates are low and % profitability is just less.

It's so nice to see that altcoins are getting better now. This could be the start of the best time that we've been waiting for. Those who continue to buy when altcoin prices are low will be excited because of this and that includes me. Finally we can say to the world that we may be right that this time will come.

If bitcoin demonstrates a steady upward trend, then the altcoins will show growth. When bitcoin grows, altcoins grow slower. When bitcoin falls, altcoins fall faster.

I also bought coins at high prices, and then the price of these coins fell very much. But recently, the price of my coins has grown a little and I'm happy. I think soon the market will grow and I will sell these coins and get profit.

We are still in downtranding , iam not reccomend to get long positions and be inside markets that is not a point to do like that .

It seem so presently but when it come to cryptocurrency, I would say never say never! The bear or better still, the effective of bear is still very much with us. The market is slow and dull at the moment and might take some time before enthusiasm return.

Almost of us bought the coins when it was at higher price. Then today we see the changes in the market and we aims to hold it longer or until were earning already. This is good prices recently are on rising so most speculations that this will be going to the moon.

Maybe bulls came to the market. Or maybe it's just a game of whales and soon another correction awaits us.  :o

Its fixing to go green thats is for sure atleast until august or so

A lot of them have been turning long recently with the MACD showing divergence and for those who are going long, this is a time for them to start getting in and I believe a lot of traders are already beginning to accumulate. Still, we cannot say yet if they have finally escaped the bear market or not, but the thing here is that they have all bottomed out enough and they really do not have much space left to go downward, at least for now.

In last few days, bitcoin is trading strong hence we may see altcoins also will be recovering. But anything may happen in cryptomarkets and we cannot be sure only because of bitcoin's recovery, altcoins also will recover like that. Only time may answer like altcoins got escaped or not.

If we manage to stay green for one more month than I'm sure Bitcoin will break its ATH this year. Also since the prices of altcoins are tied to bitcoin they are going to enter a bull trend too. If we enter the bull market than I would say that we have recovered very fast and I didn't expect the recovery to happen this soon.

Crypto market seems to steady recovering for the past 1 week which is good news for us. I feel that we have to monitor further to determine whether bull is here.

I think that the market is already preparing for another bullish run. But, during this time, if you think that the profit you have gained is enough and have met your target goal, it is advisable to preserve your capital. Always remember the golden rule in trading: Buy Low, Sell High.

Bear tendence still continue at least until price of bitcoin not hitting 10k . Then we must buying again.

I think that the reason is that a change of trend has come and now the growth has begun. I think that it will continue until the summer

Bitcoin is breaking almost every resistance point that was there in existence. It started with breaking the 8k mark, then 9k, and now 9300$ resistance point has also been broken. I am pretty sure that we are heading towards 10k right now and by next month we will touch 12k$.
Just don't want any whale to begin dumping now that market has started to look green. If that happens, it would be really heartbreaking.

It may be because of what you have just said on the title: The altcoins have escaped the bearish market.
But even if not, I think that the prices of altcoins are great signs for the upcoming bullish run that is about
to happen in the next few weeks or months within this year. This maybe the only chance we have left to
accumulate more of the coins that we believe in before it shoots up. Good luck to all.

That what it seems to be happening because everything that happen to bitcoin have a ripping effect on the entire crypto market and the market has been recovering for quite number of days now what needed is the consistency to push through. However, for me, I wouldn't keep my hopes so high because its still fragile and anything little thing could make the price come crumbling even to lower level beyond where it was initially that is not what we want but its possible that is why one needs to be smart about every scenario in crypto.

Fluctuation is common in Crypto some times prices go up and some time go down.BTC King price is increasing on daily basis,so same behavior is shown by other Altcoins and vice versa.Now market is recovered and correction phase is going to end and pump up period is going to start,so prices will go up.But never be despondent when prices go down.Be optimistic.

It seems that a lot of altcoins have finally escaped the hold of the bear market and they are no longer in the red. All my altcoins are actually looking green at this point but that does not mean it will stay this way forever, maybe for a while but the prices will go down again at some point

Today is June 10, 2018. I tell you loudly. No... It is still going down. I think the bear market is still there. Whales are lurking in the deep ocean! you know what I mean. I don't think whales are ready to surface.

Prices altcoins are very dependent on the price of bitcoin and market conditions. When the market grows, the prices of altcoins will also grow. If you are nervous, you can sell a part of the coins or everything, but then you will get losses
