Title: X4 is an Incompetent Bounty Manager [UPDATED]
Post by: SergiuHD on April 14, 2018, 07:24:40 AM
UPDATE 1: X4 paid me 5000 RNTB after submitting my issue here.
Transaction link: https://etherscan.io/tx/0x02e4227494673663ef3c94fcaa5c7fb790c0587c625f94774d0d1855531a78b3

X4 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=828064) was the Bounty Manager of Bitrent.
I was the Romanian Translator of Bitrent.

My issue: I received less stakes because he didn't updated the spreadsheet with my work although I sent him countless PMs. (yet, he states that I didn't filled my issue within the week given by him. What week? Nobody told my anything)

There wasn't a form to participate, you had to PM X4 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=828064) in order to participate and so I did.
I translated the ANN and the Whitepaper in October 2017 (I will add proof below)

Proof that I was the Romanian Translator of BitRent

Links that I translated ANN & Whitepaper and that I moderated the ANN:
Romanian ANN: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2338693.0
Romanian Whitepaper: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByBg5zfkiH7fNnZDMTFiN0NkTFE/view

He made the following mistakes which lead to me getting less stakes:
1. He didn't update the Google Spreadsheet with the ANN that I posted, although I PM him:
Proof with my PM: https://i.imgur.com/TwfH40x.png

2. He didn't updated the Google Spreadsheet with the translated Whitepaper, although I PM him
Proof with my PM: https://i.imgur.com/HtB60NF.png
Proof that I asked him 2x MORE TIMES if he received my translation: https://i.imgur.com/0dSovMM.png

3. After I contacted him with these issues, he said he will "deal with it tomorrow". In the meantime, tokens were sent to the participants. Today, the first thing he told me is:
"I gave a whole week to check your stakes. Why did not you write me earlier? Payouts have already been completed, the only thing I can offer you is to take part in my next bounty, I'll put more of you"
Proof that I asked him to update the Google Spreadsheet on 26th of November 2017: https://i.imgur.com/89ucmjZ.png
Proof that I asked him AGAIN on 11th of December 2017 (he finally replies, after 2 weeks): https://i.imgur.com/3B3RTLb.png

IN A NUTSHELL: Because he didn't do his part of the job, I had to pay. I did my part, he didn't do his! He says I didn't contact him to fix the issue. I did, several times, he ignored my messages. Therefor I accuse him of incompetency as a Bounty Manager!

ps: here is my telegram conversation with him, so you can see how he postponed me until there was nothing left to be done.

What did you expect by joining a campaign "managed" by someone with: "Account sales encourage scams, spam, and account farming."?

It didn't say "Incompetent Bounty Manager". Plus, I was at the beginning of my career as a Romanian Translator. Imagine that when you are Jr. Member and you want to translate, barley anyone accepts translators of my rank. So I accepted any work I could get. BitRent was one of those works.

I gave participants more than a week to check their stakes. someone addressed me, I immediately took action. The question is where were you? The bounty was very extraordinary, it was in two stages, I even interrupted it with a report on the benches, so some of the information was lost.
I believe that everything was done right.
p.s.: look at your thread - do you really think you deserve more?
p.p.s.: thanks for negative trust - i collecting this :-D

1. I think for the ANN thread (although you didn't put the right ANN in Google Spreadsheet) I was generously rewarded! Thank you for that.
2. I sent you a link with the translated whitepaper, you didn't add it in the Google Spreadsheet. I spent 3 days translating the WP, where is my reward?
3. I sent you a PM in October, November & December asking you to update the Google Spreadsheet, why didn't you update it?

Did you even read my Proofs? I am showing strong evidences that I did my work and submitted it to you. I even asked you several times to updated the Goggle Spreadsheet. You ignored me. Yet, you claim I didn't contact you during that Week...
Aren't you a little bit silly there?

Just admit you failed to do your work and that it was your fault I wasn't rewarded for my whole translation work.

I write here at the last time.
1) Have you seen that I finished the bounty and I take in the course of the week all the claims to the calculations?
2) Did you write to me during this time about your problem?

All the users who wrote to me, I corrected their shares or said that they are wrong.

You are the only one who is unhappy with this campaign because of the fact that you did not keep track of the moment. Maybe you have dozens of such campaigns (I'm happy for you), but you need to follow every one (maybe you should think about hiring an assistant?)

And my main question is - what do you achieve in the end? You expressed your opinion when it was already too late. You gave me the brain, took out the company's brain, but in the end we did not understand what you want ...

And last.. do you know how much i receive for 6 month works tokens? 50k tokens. And you're still complaining about something? I feel sorry for you

It's this exact type of thinking that annoys me. You are too proud to admit your own mistake.
Yes, it's my fault I didn't keep track with the campaign in order to file this complain during the WEEK you proposed. BUT IF YOU WOULD'VE READ AND REPLIED TO MY COUNTLESS PMs, I WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN IN THIS SITUATION!

I highly doubt you worked 8 hours a day for 6 months for the BitRent Campaign. Let's say 1 hour/week, considering how often you replied to the PMs. So, you worked 5 hours per month. 30 hours in 6 months. You worked 3-4 days on this campaign. 3-4 days it took me to translate the ANN (and moderate) & Whitepaper. I got 10K tokens because you were incapable of updating the spreadsheet, you got 50K tokens for not doing a proper job.
So yeah, I am pissed. Specially when you wash your hands of any quilt, when you are quilty to the bone!

What do I achieve? I get this burden off my chest and I make sure you are aware of you past mistakes and hopefully you will start doing your job properly! As you can see, Lauda didn't give you any red trust because of this.

p.p.s.: thanks for negative trust - i collecting this :-D

If I send you from my own tokens my error in the number of 5000 tokens, will you be satisfied? despite the recognition of your mistake: "Yes, it's my fault I did not keep track of the campaign in order to file this during the WEEK you proposed"?
Considering what you get the most, because of the conversion of shares. I can do it. the answer is yours

Yes, I will be a little satisfied.

I regret that such people participated in my campaign

When I receive the tokens I will update this thread.
I regret you were the bounty manager of BitRent.
Do not change this topic, let everyone see this situation. It's not for me to decide, and not for you, but for users of the forum

I gave participants more than a week to check their stakes. someone addressed me, I immediately took action. The question is where were you? The bounty was very extraordinary, it was in two stages, I even interrupted it with a report on the benches, so some of the information was lost.
I believe that everything was done right.

I will just update the main post, where I will underline that you paid me 5000 RNTB along with the transaction link.
The tokens arrived by the way.

What did you expect by joining a campaign "managed" by someone with: "Account sales encourage scams, spam, and account farming."?

Eventually he offered to pay me 5000 RNTB.

I regret that such people participated in my campaign
I regret you were the bounty manager of BitRent.
I regret that neither of you appear to have figured out how to edit "quotes" ::)

In any case, it seems like you're both at fault... X4 for ignoring all the PMs... and SerguiHD for failing to adhere to the (arguably short) appeal timeframe. Seems like the offer of reparation is probably the fairest outcome.
