What is merit? and how to get merit?
i im new in bitcointalk but i really dont know what merit is for! where can i get the merit and how to use it? please may i know your answer? thanks bitcointalk master for the answer..:) ;D

Merit is a system by which you can not raise your rank higher than Jr. Member It can be obtained from other users. You need to write interesting posts, create new interesting topics and then maybe some of the users who have the highest rating, if desired, can reward you with mercury. With the help of a mint, you can raise your rating on this forum.

Merit is the system that was implemented to make posters like you start to

1) read posts on the same page as the shit threads they start
2) you use the search button
3) stop you levelling up
And as a bonus
4) clean the forum up
