Is there any way to recover an account that has been banned for committing plagiarism? Can I start a new account? Or can I no longer participate?

Mm.  You need to be able to take the consequences of your actions--that'll help you grow as well.  The consequence of plagiarizing on bitcointalk is a permaban, which means you cannot create another account to post here other than for your ban appeal.  

You had to have known full-well that what you were doing was stealing.  Suck it up and move on.  I'm not a moderator, but I've been here long enough to know that your chances of getting your account reinstated after copy/pasting are infinitesimal.  No doubt a mod will stop by to tell you something similar, but it may take a while.

Longer answer, read the fucking rules.. You are on a ban and are still posting shit on the forum. FFS if you are banned you can only open an account to post in meta to appeal the ban! you aren't helping your cause here fella

I thought you were moving on after finding out the reason why you got banned!
Your account has not been banned. You have been banned. Posting outside meta (to question your ban) is considered ban evasion.
