Maybe you can find someone, though.

Paypal transactions are reversible, but bitcoin transactions are not. Since you do not have any reputation here in the forums, it will be hard to find someone here that trusts you. But good luck.

Unfortunately, there probably isn't such a thing as an easy first transaction with bitcoin. Your best bet may be to open an account with one of the exchanges, fund it (the not so easy part), and buy coins on the open market.

But yes, with Bitcoin being a prohibited purchase in PayPal's user agreement, it is probably best to avoid them entirely.
