And since that seems to be accepted on the forum, I don't see why this can't be too. At least, I don't have a problem with it, so long as you are transparent about what the game is and what the risks are, and you aren't scamming people in some other way that isn't transparent. But I'm still going to call this scam, since, well, that's what a Ponzi scheme is. :P

I've already acknowledged that by being upfront about what the game is, it makes it more akin to gambling. I still prefer to call it a scam just to help remind people that they are jumping into a Ponzi scheme (which I think on your definition can be a scam if the ponzi operator does'nt tell you that you can lose all your money).
