you can mine as long as those coins mineable with CPU but I doubt whether profitable or not. you can check these OP

http://cpucoinlist.com/

personally, I don't suggest you if mining a coin without GPU.

Check out the various threads in this section on CPU minable coins, there are some

Or search on your desired CPU on this site and check your possible hash in Monero mining

http://monerobenchmarks.info/

its a bit useful to me on looking up decent CPU for mining

You don't specify what kind of CPU you have, so how are we going to be able to assist you in any meaningful manner? You say i7, but that can mean quite a lot of things. CPU mining has quite a few drawbacks, IMO. It is not that profitable to begin with, and the temperatures are much harder to control than GPU mining. So it is more likely that you burn your gear, unless you are able to control it very well.

Coins that are able to be mined with a CPU are tough to come by, unless their exclusive purpose is to farm CPU power, almost as a novelty. I would suggest buying a GPU and using your CPU for something more valuable.

Can you mine any crypto with I7 - I'd say yes, yes you could.
Would it be any profitable - No, not really

I have a thread that I manage and it's about CPU mining new altcoins here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2891680.0

Depending on the amount of L3 cache & cores your I7 has, you would probably get around 100 to 250 h/s that will get you some coins in return.
The estimates on my thread are for a hash rate of about 150 h/s.

I have Corei7 can I mine any crypto. ? but the problem is I dont have good GC.

I've been mining Zcoin on mine since Intel CPUs generally aren't as good for Cryptonight coins as AMD CPUs are.  I haven't looked at the profitability lately so I'm sure that it's something ridiculously low, but it's still something.

You can but only for informational purposes (set up and run the miner). The benefits of one processor is not bring - if they bring it will be the cents (satochi's). Now and on one videocard it is problematic to earn something.

I've just scrolled through vlad's thread and there is no hope that anybody is going to provide you with more information than you have access to through their link. I would suggest locking this thread and taking a look at what Vlad has said in their thread. It is extremely helpful, and any questions that I've thought to ask about CPU mining have been pretty well answered within that thread.

Use equipment that is profitable, if profit is your goal.  Better study up, my friend.

You can mine some low difficulty coins and just hope they will we worth something in the upcoming future. QWERTcoin is a nice thing to mine, you should get a quite large number of them per day.

Not all crypto mines need your PC, some use your router.

This way of mining is almost risk safe from burning out your PC, but profit of 1 CPU is really low at the moment.

I mine the XMR or other similar coins with the i7, working well.

Yes you can mining crypto with corei7 the speed of the processor is great and high to mine. However, do you think mining is very profitable to invest on now. You can really make you money by investing on trade.

I think JSEcoin is one of the only viable options right now.

It's definitely possible, but like some people have already mentioned, profit margins are extremely low, especially at electrical costs of $0.10/kWh. You're likely only going to make a few pennies after electrical costs even with a more recent i7 processor. If you happen to have one of the older i7 models, depending on your electrical costs, you may just barely be breaking even or possibly go negative in electrical costs.

If you choose to mine on your CPU, make sure you have a cooler that's capable of dissipating the heat your processor's producing. A cheap tower cooler's going to do better than the Intel stock cooler, and also make sure airflow within your case is good if you're mining inside a case. Tidy up cables wherever possible with string or zipties for maximum airflow, and try to tuck them behind the motherboard if there are cutouts in your case to do so.

For serious mining, i7 is unlikely to be useful to you, but you can learn how to configure and set the desired characteristics for subsequent production on something more practical. And also you can set yourself POS coins and mine them almost as in mining, but there is not much influence on the brand of the processor.
And Yes, get a free power socket, it will be much more profitable. ;)

Monero, and M7M.
I can tell you the profits will be measured in pennies.
I have a AMD threadripper 1950x, and with M7M I was earning about 4 cents per hour.
That is just slightly more than my cost of electricity.

Check this [CryptoNight] CPU mining guide & coins that will get you a return. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2891680.0)

How many XMR you earn everyday with i7? how many i7 you got?

Hashrate for XMR algo is around 200-300 h/s with 80-130w tdp

http://monerobenchmarks.info/

and about 0.16$ per day for Monero

https://www.cryptunit.com/

you may now do the math

You can CPU mine cryptonite V7 (XMR) with nicehash, but it wont give you more than 10-15 cents per day. That's propably even less than the electricity cost.

For make profit.
I recommend you use tokens that have not yet been thrown on exchangers, as well as the examples below:

The urge of interest on mining is there but when you do find out the low profitability then you will surely loss interest and this do only proves out that CPU mining wont never be really profitable and you are just wasting time and resources.
