Hey everybody,

A couple of days ago (13th of november) I used weexchange to deposit 3,13 bitcoins from my weexchange to my linked bitfunder account. The day after I still didn't have acces to my coins on my bitfunder account. So I checked how long it was supposed to take and it was supposed to be instant. So i figured something was wrong and made a ticket on both website. But no reponse to the cry for help on either side. Now 5 days later I still don't have acces to my bitcoins and I'm starting to think that I'm screwed. Thing is the WeExchange funds history states that the transaction is complete. Now this might be due to the fact that I had to add my WeExchange account to my Bitfunder account twice, because for some reason it didn't work the first time, but I figured that it wouldn't be a big deal. If anybody knows what I can do to get my bitcoins back please help me out, even if you're not sure any options that might be plausible are greatly appreciated. Cause I'm starting to feel kind of desperate, especially with bitfunder closing down.

Having to add your account twice doesn't seem like a problem to me. Since you have added the same account.

Yeah thats what I thought, but I'm starting to think that it is a problem. Anyway do you happen to know how I can contact bitfunder because they haven't replied to my ticket and it's been 5days.

Maybe the guy or guys running the site are on this forum so you can pm them or something. Just search for bitfunder threads.

Sorry for my late response i had to take care of some other things. Would you happen to know how I can find them cause I've tried and I couldn't find them :(
