Title: Just Spent some bitcoins, now I regret my decision.
Post by: HoboTheClown on November 18, 2013, 09:37:42 PM
Hi All,

I don't necessarily regret spending some bitcoins, but it's oddly painful that the price looks like it's going up even after the first session of the Senate Hearing.  I have more coins of course so here's some hope to more uppidy up on the awareness of bitcoins and usage.  Yes yes, would be nice for the value to go up as well :)

Don't worry man ...

Bitcoin is going to increase in price, dramatically over the next few years.
Just concentrate on acquiring them, right now - if you believe in the idea.

Leverage your time and offer services, or try selling unwanted possessions.
Look around your house, and is there anything you can sell for Bitcoin?

:)

Spending Bitcoin is fun! I keep some Bitcoin set aside as a sort of savings account, and trade fiat for Bitcoin that I plan to spend online. Basically two different pots, savings and checking, sort of.

Oh, good idea, thanks.  I never really thought about that.  a savings and checking account.  I only thought to 'put all my eggs in one basket' so I could see my bitcoins rising (mining with an asic).  I'll have to keep that in mind to make a 'spending' account.

I never thought about investing fiat into Bitcoins but what a big mistake.  I should have invested at the same time with purchasing mining hardware.  The huge jump in prices these past couple of days alone must be biting a lot of naysayers in the behind as well.

It was mistake, but you can never be sure where the price will be next month.

So spending your BTC is not mistake because you dont know future price

That's how it goes man. That's why I'm in hold hold hold hold mode!

Live and learn though, it could have been worse!

Dont worry about spending your Bitcoins, you dont wait for buying new comp forever as well to get better for the same price

Hi gang!

I just went in on a group pool - hope that was the right thing.  only makes sense to invest a little bitcoin in order to receive a little (more) bitcoin, right?

There's nothing laid out in laymans terms, but I assume thats what the group pools entail.
