Title: [HIRING] Discord Data Scraper

I have access to such an multi premium signals channel. To send the messages from all these channels to friends I am looking for a discord data scraper. This scraper should clone/copy all messages from a third party discord server to database or telegram.

Price, and a few other questions that would need answers:

It will be much easier to export to a database than telegram; do you care what kind of database?
Where will the script run from?
Is a GUI required, or will a command-line program work?
How much will you pay?
When do you need it done by?
