Then go to your account and short that URL given. That payment address will be used to pay you. The second way go to http://CoinHandle.com and make an handle. Then go to your account while logged in and short your CoinHandle. Note you do have to be logged in before adding your Bitcoin address to be credited for that day. I'm not sure what your intentions are on this but if anyone is actually using a link shortener with (potentially malicious) ads he's losing all credibility IMHO.
