Three week ago I been in a Blockchain Summit in St Lucia in the Caribbean. I was really surprised because the government is working in a new project of law to allow the use of cryptocurrency, blockchain and other DLT. I already incorporate my company there, the government said they will have the legislation in 3 to 5 more months. If someone is interested I have a contact with a local attorney there. Regards! If the US asks them to freeze the bank accounts or even to deport someone, then do you really think that these people will be having the balls to say no?
