There is a miner or two that is written for CUDA... I'd assume they wouldn't need the DLL, but that would be for Nvidia cards only (which are inefficient for mining).
The only miner I know of that isn't written for OpenCL is a proprietary one for 6000 series ATI cards, and the author wants a fortune for it. Title: Re: Need these miners!
