Hey fellas,

I am new to BTC trading. I have made profits and losses, but on the net, my losses outweigh my profits. Recently, I was made to understand that, news is the driving force for altcoin. But up till now, i am yet to see any good site that posts latest altcoin news. Please, any relevant link would be appreciated.

Most of the time, I only learned about altcoin through bitcointalk forum.
If you want to know about a token, the best thing to do is to join their telegram group.

For cryptocurrency news in general, my go-to is pretty much Reddit's r/cryptocurrency[1]. Or if you wanted news on specific altcoins, pretty much every decent altcoin has their own subreddit, so give it a Google search.

You have to keep your spirits in investing in bitcoin, and even though the current price is as you have not wanted, but I believe that the price of altcoins will increase beyond your purchase price.

You should really need to be patient in trading or investing in bitcoin, because I believe you will benefit in bitcoin for the long term.

Alts in general are very dependent on BTC, so bitcoin related newsare priority. Apart from that, follow coins you're interested in trading on discord, slack, telegram, reddit etc.

I might miss some other popular crypto news website but this is the common sites that I see when someone is posting news.

Reddit and its subforum r/bitcoin, r/btc and other related subs to cryptocurrency as well.

many, you are just lazy to look for it, at some tranding sites also tell you information about prices and developments as well as rising or falling prices, maybe you still do not understand to read bitcoin price charts.

There are many sources out there were you can get issues related to altcoins market and you will be able to make an informed decision. But want I do must is using charts at exchange platforms to get into the mind of traders and how there are interpreting news. You can also used https://coindesk.com to get latest and trustworthy information about crypto currencies and altcoins in particular.

Hello, I have bad news for you. If you can not find elementary news sites for tracking news in the field of crypto currency - this sphere is clearly not for you) like the entire exchange. News is the driving force of any exchange, and information retrieval is the task of the player

Apart from top altcoins you won't find much news about others. Best idea is closely follow coing you trade on social media, discord and reddit.

To know, you better work on the project / coin. if you can understand/learn it then you will get big profits. or you can also see info info via telegram. that's advice from me

Coindesk is the main source for the whatever kind of altcoin and bitcoin related news site. Other than coindesk you can go with the Cointelegraph site which can provide you more news than you can find on coindesk mate.
I suggest you have the coinmarketapp application which is available in play store. This app can be used like coinmarketcap and you can find the all crypto news and mining equipment details too.

Take this advice since ive been using these sites to get the recent news or updates which is happening on cryptoworld or market specially on cointelegraph and coindesk but if you do tend to make it as a source of information which would base into your trading then better not to fully rely into those informations and going FOMO once you read up some news posted by them.This is just an advise.

Getting a source to the websites I gave about trading is insufficient. But these sites can help you on what are the coins that are getting pumped with the attention that these news websites get from the mass due to their popularity.

Don't also rely too much with internet about trading since there are people who are only there to pump and dump their suggested coins.

I'll lean on my own analysis though I'm not that good if it's about trading as long as I'm playing around with my own money and I only trade and invest with the amount I afford to lose.

well these sites can be an alternative for you, how price developments and what, and you join some forums to know what you should do, create your own strategy that you think is the best because the business here will not lose if we want to learn it.

What other forums are you thinking at this moment? I don't know that there are other some other forums that is better than bitcointalk.org

This forum was founded by satoshi and if you ever know who satoshi nakamoto is, yes he only is the creator of bitcoin and later on was made and followed by altcoins.

So if there are some forums to join and know what you should do, I don't recall any or if I just missed them few people are in there.

I see the forum like same bitcointalk on google search. URL says altcoinstalk.org I am not sure whether it work well or not. Please do not waste your time on any resources like bitcointalk because we have the original one here and people will promote, making money, getting new crypto investors.
When you have the thought to see the altcoin news you need to go with the Cointelegraph and Coindesk. These sites are best option to get the news updates so no need of altcoin sources.

CCN , coindesk , news bitcoin websites deliver most of the cryptocurrency related news .
if you want news related to upcoming fork , upcoming swap or mainnet then you have to join 4-5 telegram channels/groups where members share such info . icodrop telegram group , dude signal etc are few examples .

I don't know about that forum and I searched it out but you lack of letter "s".

By lurking at that forum it's mainly focused with different altcoins and it looks that there's a bunch of bounty hunters there.

Hundreds to thousands of replies but still that forum is very far away.

This forum has a strong foundation and the founder isn't just a random guy that decided to launch his own token for quick money.

For me the best reliable news, is the social media platform of that tokens, this is the best way to know about them and their future updates and plans which factors to trigger for the price of the token to rally, that why i always follow the tokens i HODL.

For fast news i am using twitter, for news about coin also twitter or reddit, sometimes telegram. If you want to know more about coin or token find its dev and follow him, it often helps. But there are a lot of fake news, always be careful and check all new information.

Be careful with scammers. There are so many scammers trying to give you false hopes... Altcoins are their playground.

If you really want to be updated about a coin, you can should be very active with the coin and pay close attention to news they share maybe on their platform or social media group and you can also get news about coin from coin desk, bitcoin news or bitcoin forums where some announcement are made about a coin. you can even download the coinmarket application on you system for you to stay updated.

I will try to share the experience that I get in trading at alt coin, dah here is indeed the risk level is bigger, but it is ad influence big in political issue which is warm, but there is more important that from movement there there is analysis that the strongest movement that will make the symbol move up or down.
