There was a man selling them through a website, which he describes in the link below. It seems to have plenty of good feedback, but I have never used it and it's not working anymore!

Update 01.10.13:

Due to technical difficulties with our payment processor we will not be able to process your orders so we apologize in advance.  We will post a notice when our service is restored and we can exchange at an acceptable level.

The services of mercabit.eu are currently not available (see first post)

Use www.BTC-Exchange.info for exchanging your Ukash-/ or Paysafecardvouchers into BTC.

There is more discussion about ukash to bitcoin (and various scams) at the link below.

Another company claiming to offer this service (www.bitcoin-services.co.uk/) seems to be offline at the moment. There is only the message "This site has been temporarily disabled, please try again later." showing on a blank page.

I would be very careful to check if any company offering this service is legit and has good feedback. There is nothing you can do if it keeps your money and refuses to pay out your bitcoins. I think ukash transactions are untraceable so scammers usually request payment in them.
