Waves smart contracts have just been released to Waves’ TestNet today and waiting for the activation next week
Waves price go up 30.00% after this news was published, will waves rise to $ 10+ in the next week? What's your opinion?

There has been a lot of news surrounding the waves. I personally follow multiple crypto groups and almost everyone over there is buying it blindly.

There is a lot of positive news surrounding it so you can expect its price to go higher, but whether or not it would reach 10$   is still a question. But nevertheless, you can make good profit on it right now so go for it.

$10 may look close, but WAVES have already moved up 40% today and it's at $8. I personally am leaning towards it hitting $10 soon, potentially next week, however, that is not a guarantee that it will.

It definitely will depend a lot on whether altcoin markets continue to go up like it has over the past few weeks. If there is a correciton across the entire crypto market, I don't see WAVES hitting $10. If this bullishness continues, then $10 is only a matter of time. Personally, I'm not invested in WAVES though as I don't see much long term potential in it.

waves are one of the best platforms I know of, but I see the average movement of altcoin is still affected by bitcoin. we wait in the near future and I am optimistic waves can achieve it.

Excellent news. How do you think to what results can this lead? More ICOs because of smartcontracts? More wide application? Someone else exclude price grow?

Buy the rumour and sell for the news, I could be but there is a possibility it will get another correction soon. as long as the developer can keep their promising to activate the network and it may happen as soon as possible. But we are in the bullish trend of the cryptocurrency and i believe that will be happening soon. If crypto gets another correction again and it maybe back again.

Waves was already at 8$. Maybe it will come to 10$ but I doubt, I think we already played news about smart contract

Hard to tell anything for sure about the short term position of waves, but long term it looks very promising. A nice feature of Waves is their decentralized exchange (DEX). There are direct trading pairs with other tokens, which can further improve the position of Waves in terms of liquidity, user experience, and network stability. DEX seems to be the way to go for a number of other promising crypto-currencies. Waves DEX is still in beta phase, and it remains to be seen how it goes, but it is a step in the right direction.

Waves grew enormously already in the light of the news. I think it can reach $8.5, but not more than that. The price is supposed to fall again before giving another try for increasing. It is a nice platform and eventually is might go up a lot, but so far the market is just not ready for such rapid changes. And it better not be, since it is better to observe the coins gradually going up than rapidly getting pumped and dumped. And besides, for now it's just a hype, since these contracts will be activated only in a week.

Yesterday they announced the testing of smart contracts. Noteworthy is the fact that the price of waves in the first 2 hours did not change after the announcement of the news.

This week the Ripple is just $ 0.8. They do not grow anymore. So your guess I do not think so. Ripple prices can not rise to $ 10 next week.

That could happen only if everything go right, after that it could pump ever more and maybe we will see some big price which for me was always connected to that coin.

We hear a lot of good informations about waves, growth is sure but it is hard to predict is this price will achieve over 10 dollars. I believe in this but we will see what will happen

Waves is less advanced in comparisson to EOS and ETH.
But if the market rises, Waves can theoretically reach $10 in the next 2 weeks.

I think markets already priced that by pumping the price. We may see even drop after release (similar to what happened in Verge) Anyways Waves is great long HODL should be included in every portfolio..

Waves is my biggest big. I will not sell it below 300k sat in Bitcoin Price. And yes, I think it will double next week.

It wont happen, waves is a crappy coin and there is no way that it can even increase to $7 each.
It is a waste of time, of money, and a waste of resources to invest in there.
I prefer to buy PepeCash instead of this shit..

I am looking forward for realisation of Waves potential. They are in talks with huge Russian banks and probably it can push price.

The progress percentage shows that we can expect this coin to pump up to more than ten dollars this coming month, I can't say this coming week since price value still depends on the market cap, and the market is you know like waves in the ocean, sometimes big sometimes small, sometimes calm...

Waves' potential is really big. But construction of Waves is going very slowly. There are constant delays and this makes investors unhappy. I hope they will be a bit accelerated and everyone will be happy. So $10+ prices are not high for Waves. I think it will be higher prices in this year.

I disagree with you, in my point of view, Waves is more advanced than EOS because Waves was built early and there are many products or features that have been created by the team

there is an opinion that in the near future there will be new competitors of the etherium. To date, we know that the air for the future, But for some reason, many users of crypto-currencies believe that the best rivals of the etherum are waves.

pretty sure it will not rise to 10$ within this or the next week, but also pretty sure its undervalued comparing to other projects.
waves will become a top10 coin sooner or later again I guess, even if not forever

As i watch the price history chart, last time that the WAVES hit to 10USD mark was on January and it is basing on a 3-month performance window. Probably it will hit again in this new 3-month window from April to June 2nd quarter of 2018. Waves is also planned to release an atomic swap in their own platform and ecosystem and this could bring another positive attraction to crypto investors.

Wave have the capacity to mave that push in days to come since the volume of trade is increasing and all the technical indicators are showing positive outlook. We are having a very high expectations on cryptocurrencies and wave is one of those coins that are going to make significant progress in future. I have mush confident on this assets and I think wave can go as high as $100 before end of this year.

I don't think it would be that fast. the increase is indeed fairly high waves some time ago, but to get to $10 + I think it's not an easy thing. may take up to three weeks more for the waves to reach more than $10.

Waves with confidence can reach the price of 10$. It will happen if it uses the potential it has. But during the week it is probably impossible. It will take a lot longer.

It is hard to make such very short-term price estimates. Waves will surely go above $10 and then $20 in coming weeks and months.

Although Waves has consistently positive news, it has not been able to make the expected increase..There will be a rise in the long walks though not this week.

After a long time, I am hearing some good news about Waves. yes once this smart contract live into the main net the price of the coin will automatically increase and i think already people are started to buy more waves for less price. I also bought some waves long back when it was $2 this time if it cross $10 i will trade my waves.

News and updates play a key role in surge of pricing of the currency. But if you ask about the price going up to $10+, then it will quite difficult to reach at that stage. Just saw the graph of all time, the last time price went such high near mid December to Mid-January when every coin was skyrocketing and so was this coin. This coin, definitely has potential to grow but it needs time.  leaving that, if market is flooded with money things can turn around and price may rise beyond expectations.

$10usd is too fast,  but who knows, if waves has smart contract it can be the next ETH.  Waves is under rated. Its wavesdex is wonderful, and the only ddex site i know with USDT coin. Allows you to hedge in fiat during bear season.

Waves are a good enough and promising project, and I see that over the past few days the price has really grown. But I doubt that the ts will be able to jump to $ 10 per coin in a week. This price will surely be in a few weeks!

Really hard to know. News has great effect to the price of cryptocurrency but it's not the only one affect to price of cryptocurrency and WAVES as well. BTC price also affect to WAVES price, if BTC price keep decreasing like atm, I think it's really hard for WAVES to reach to 10$ in next week. But it's just prediction, we still need to wait to ensure that WAVES will reach to 10$ in next week or not :)

There is smart contract news for waves so it can increase with this news but I dont hodl waves anymore, I didnt earn money long time so I sold my all waves and I didnt regret about it.

I do not believe that this coin can be much more expensive. But I was very surprised by the growth of this coin, which we saw a few days ago. Maybe this coin is not dead yet.

If the market continously poaitive like last two weeks waves could reach above $10 as its all time high is at $16 if im not mistaken. Waves also have very good fundamental growth the community very strong and the wallet always upgraded. Developer still very active and focus on the platform to male waves better.

This is possibly Waves can rise above in this month. This seems to be an upward movement towards it's previous high. So, be patience for this this coin you will harvest a better profit in this investment.

I think it is possible to reach $10 per WAVES. They are currently in one of the news highlights from tradingview. WAVES have been too calm these past few months, now is the time for it to rise. It is a very promising coin and worthy in the future of the blockchain.
