Arr you looking for a members which will work for no money and their only motivation will be this project and it's aim? Because as you said you don't want contracted workers. Btw can you write some short info about your team and it's members? Would be very interesting, it can grow wish of joining too.

oh jess bitcoin and ethereum also were developed by developers without payment and money, payment comes through the project's fruition, i need people that want to build this. i dont demand full time work, but part time, many have between their contracts also time free to earn some stake in my project by contributing to it.

motivation should be fruitfulness of this project of course, it has a lot of potential to grow. i dont like contracted workers because they act and behave too robotic i rather rely on swarm intelligence like bitcoin or ethereum was powered by.

i rely on the intelligence of the individual to contribute to the project less on me ordering them around telling them what to do and correcting them constantly.

when the project is fruitful there will be more than enough fruits to distribute, its a never ending project also not a hit and run ico, it is supposed to be a true value sources and infrastructure related cryptocurrency

You have to read more carefully I dont like working with contractors I prefer a team development

I dont think bitcoin is great (ressource wasting) and I dont think ethereum is great as countless alt platforms are rising
