Title: Web Designer for BTC
Post by: dettygt on August 05, 2011, 05:02:31 PM
Check out my portfolio for more about what I do/what I've done: http://cogweb.tumblr.com/

Then send me a PM here (as well as bump this thread if you can!) with any work you might have for me.  I'm fairly reasonable with my rates, so make me an offer.

Can't say I'm an advanced programmer by any stretch of the imagination.  I lean towards JavaScript mostly.

I'm sure you can find some if you make a post here in the Services forum.  As for the ones I know, they're all too busy right now to take any freelance work.  I've got a queue of people lining up for them from my referrals, I don't think they want any more :)

I've got a project for a good web designer.  Would require creating the styles and images for an online community -- web mail, forum, personal blogs for users, and maybe Java-based live chat -- and the "glue" web pages to connect everything.  It wouldn't require strong programming skills because I'd be using open-source packages for most of the heavy lifting.  But it would require strong HTML skills and an ability to work with and 'around' the code that others wrote without breaking it.

Would that be the kind of thing you do?
