It's kind of confusing, but I think there's a loophole in your game here. Try to follow if you can: First, somebody sends you some BTC, say 1 bitcoin, for you to halve for them. Now, they get back 0.5 BTC and you keep your half. Now that they have already halved it, they can just send that half of their original investment to you AGAIN to be halved a SECOND TIME, turning their original investment into a quarter of its original value: 0.25 BTC!! Don't you see that people are going to take advantage of this trick and eventually they are going to get less than a MILLIONTH of their initial investment(as long as their original investment is high enough)?!?! The only safeguard you have against this is your 0.02 minimum. I have a feeling that lots of people are going to take advantage of your naivety. I sent you some BTC in good faith, hoping that you'll at least honor it for one round before you close this because of the HUGE RISK you are taking. You're welcome.
