These settings are quite extreme and make the card a better buy than the new generation of AMD GPUs. The guaranteed hashrate is 690+ KH/s per card. I'll be using escrow to ensure that both parties have a secure transaction. If you do not achieve the hashrate you will receive your money back. The price is 0.5 BTC. The settings will be held by a 3rd party and once they receive the coins, the buyer shall receive the settings.
