Title: Just started on ltcoin.net pool, question regarding how earinings are showed.
Post by: skeeterskeeter on November 27, 2013, 03:09:58 AM
I just started (about an hour ago) mining on ltcoin.net under their BBQcoin pool.

First question, on the help page they offer their address and ports (7777, 8001) can I use either, is there a difference?

Secondly, on my end my mining software shows accepted shares and is mining as usual and on the site on the homepage my only woker shows 240 accepted shares. On the home page there are 4 sections. (Account info, payment, settings, workers). Under Account info there are 7 columns (Username, Balance(bqc), Unconfirmed(bqc), Round shares, Estimate(bqc), KHash/s, Request). Siting here and pressing refresh I can tell when I new round has started and my round shares go back to zero, also I can see the estimate column change value based on the number of round shares. So I have been watching this through a few rounds. Are these rounds the amount of time it takes for the next block on the network to be found or when the pool finds a block?

Third, I have gone through many round and still do not see any value in the unconfirmed columns or the balance column, shouldn't I be seeing earnings there for the finished rounds?

Finally, in the top right corner it says "Profit: 3228%". What does this mean?

Please don't tell me this is a scam pool.   :-\

So I take it this is a scam pool?

Anyone even heard of it, anyone use it, any information at all?
