I like that mentality. It remains to be seen whether or not they will actually become what they aim for, but it will very likely result in a domino effect where countries will start to compete with each other for startups and talent.

If the effect is significant enough, which is very realistic, we'll see a large part of the world become a more overall friendly place to develop yourself in, and that's exactly what we need to happen.

More crypto friendliness means less severe regulations, and that directly means there are less obstacles and rules preventing you from developing yourself as startup. The words are great, now we need actions to follow.

I reckon the SEC in America has to be careful not to scare away the innovators from their country. If they start labeling cryptocoins like ETH and Ripple as illegal and unlicensed securities now, they will go to a place where they are welcome in any case, and America be left behind from all the cryptospace's developments.

I am not a fan of both projects but I reckon they should be given some space to innovate.

Ethereum, Cardano and Lisk all have ties there as well. There is great opportunity here.

Such a statement from Switzerland is very useful for the implementation of crypto-currencies around the world. Switzerland is the place where the richest people in the world are investing their usual money and Swiss banks have long been put on their reliability and reasonable neutrality in political matters. Therefore, if they decided to turn the country into a place of concentration of crypto currency from around the world, this should positively influence the development of the crypto currency. Very timely statement. However, I do not know what exactly they are going to do. Form banks that will store on deposit crypto currency?

It's nice to see governments who actually see the opportunity in blockchain. Plus them positioning themselves in a renewable energy track is just perfect and makes them capable of supporting the computing requirements. Hopefully other countries step up as well.

There are other countries we are really stepping in up like the Baltic Tigers:

It's a bitch moved if the news is true. And there are no recourse from US innovators but to really move out and settle for a crypto friendly countries wherein they can do their work without being harassed by the government from behind, like Switzerland and the 3 Baltic nations who pledges support for blockchain technology.
