Title: BTC-E account cleaned out. Support is of no help :( Post by: Misterate on November 27, 2013, 11:26:38 PM Anyone have advice for working with the btc-e support services? I had .47 btc taken from my account one morning and all they do is send me logs of my logins, they won't respond to me through any other kinds of communication at all. It's really frustrating!
Anyone have any tips or advice for how to actually get some assistance from them?
