Just wanted to formally announce to the community that Mainframe is making a small change to its donation/charity policy in an effort to: - simplify the explanation of the way things work - simplify accounting and admin for the pool operators - NOT exclude miners who are interested in the pool but not in donating to developers - NOT fix miners to a fixed donation amount (let them choose if and how much they will donate) - hopefully in the end be able to collect more for the developers and writers of opensource bitcoin software To this end, our policy has been updated and the charity donation has been made optional and user configurable.
