What im trying to figure out is a couple of things about transfering of money and getting Bitcoin. Can some on explain this system of money to me. Plus what the normal amount of time for say BitcoinExchange to send funds to my account?

Most users use dwolla for trading (buying or selling) Bitcoins but there are many other ways and services that will allow you to send funds to mtgox

That does a transfer like that?
