We are just lazy to exchange Bitcoin to Paypal, sometimes domains name can get taken in just a few minutes, waiting for your coins to be exchanged to Paypal are not viable in this situation.Other reasons are to support Bitcoin for mass adoption ::) @OP Through Google Searches I managed to find Namecheap accepts Bitcoin, used to buy Domains from them using Paypal and it works flawlessly.
