This picture make me switch to 4x7970;

There are ways to cool, see two 4x7990 watercooling miners.

If i use Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD7  (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0055QYKRI/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B0055QYKRI&linkCode=as2&tag=blog0200-20) 4x7970 in this case, they will die? Some research show, that they stay about 80 Grad Celsios

You'll still want powered risers.  HAF XB gets too hot regardless of how many fans you use.

No, NOT a good case.  You don't want the cards so close to each other, so you want to use risers.

Just use a plastic crate as a "Case" if you can't afford/build an open frame

I'm about two Gigabyte AMD HD7990 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CHGNKPW/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B00CHGNKPW&linkCode=as2&tag=blog0200-20) .

Gigabyte Z87X-OC (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DMH1QGA/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B00DMH1QGA&linkCode=as2&tag=blog0200-20) $220.17

There will be enough space between two cards, no risers needed, and in this case is possible to have additional 20" fan ower the cards and two other fans on back side.

Why not?
There is enough space, 2 free slots between cards.

If temperature will be too bad, i will put over cards, on Cooler Master HAF XB, some fan as on picture

Get a wire frame shelf, zip-tiue gpu's under the shelves... $50 for a shelf that will hold about 30 GPU's...  why bother with a case at all?

Do you need powered risers? It looks like you can just plug them into the 1x slot.

The first 2-3 cards are using non powered risers and the last 2 are powered x1

similar to my other 6 card setup

I'm going to wait a while and see if amazon restocks.  It would save my $60.  I'll just slap together a temporary case for now.
