Hey i am new here and  want to start some bounty campaign but i faced a problem that i cannot follow other and retweet other tweets .So how can solve this problem ?

Your question seems to be more relevant to be asked on Twitter. It is possible that your account was blocked by Twitter, because your account might violate some twitter rules.

There must be an error message or some kind of information explaining what happened in your notification. Can you post that here?

You're not entirely blocked, it's just that your account is limited.

Is your account banned or you did violated some rules of twitter that makes you unable to do such features?

I think you have tried to follow more followers. Then twitter blocked your account. so contact twitter for getting a solution.

I came across a similar problem. I, too, could not follow the users. The reason was the automation of the following, so I was limited to this opportunity for 3 days
