The Deception of bter.com goes like this,
The owner of bter.com, who have high differences between the values ​​of the currency CENT in his website against any other currency trading markets made ​​simply this:

that is what actually causing the gap of 1200% between the currency markets will be maintained, and now the owner can always do the conversion himself, 1200% all the time.

The proof is that they meet all SUPPORT TICKET except those requests for currency.

I read a lot of complaints about Bter. Actually I signed up for first time with them around 2 weeks ago, made 2 deposits, in NXT and BTC, and no one of them appeared. I tought I am scammed also becuase I got no reply on mail. However, few hours later, an email appeared in my mailbox, asking if the deposit problem is resolved. Also my money appeared there and I was able to withdraw them without any problems. Seems like Bter were samming people a lot in the past but recently they changed their strategy as they want to be promoted more wildely and they count on their reputation. I was amazed to get a very polite mail by them in English, and even they gave a skype. I strongly sugest you to contact them again and ask for your issue to be resolved. I am almost sure you will succceed now, please, try on their email  support@bter.com or skype: bter1 bter1

P.S. Not sure if that played a role, but few hours after my deposits not showing up, I decided to make a small try and made a second microdeposit for extreamly small amount - 6 NXT, being far less than a cent. After that my money appeared and I got reply than them :)

P.S. I understand admin need to take care of spammers but really need to reconsider posting interval limits. At the current situation I was trying to help people and send all involved in this problem PMs but had to wait. When I posted this current post in all threads regardign this issue, I again had to wait 6e seconds.

I find it interesting that this is the only CNY pair that never is given a daily BTC Volume either and this weekend was over $250,000 USD a Day! which puts it very high on the list for them.

So much GREED!!!!  The OP is right, we need to keep pro-active and stop just looking the other way on these things.  If not to only strengthen the Bitcoin Community alone but to stop our fellow traders being Scammed by paying 5000%+ the price of this coin and NOT allowing Anyone to Deposit CENT onto the Site but Himself.  These are HUGE Profits

If it is true what their message says, than they can't accept any more deposits, as their wallet can't handle more than 1.000.000.000 CENTs.
I used them for NXT trading and they are very smooth!
